    Kumekua na malalamiko mengi kuhusu huduma mbaya kwa wateja hasa kutoka kwa mashirika ya Umma, na leo nimekutana na hili, ninafikiri kushare hizi experience na kama wahusika wanaona basi iwasadie kuchukua hatua.

    Ninatumia huduma ya TTCL broadband kwa internet, ni huduma nzuri. leo mida ya saa 12 huduma ikakatika na mie nilikua na utitiri wa kazi, nikaamua kupiga simu huduma kwa wateja.

    Zena (Customer Service -TTCL): hapana siwezi kusema, nimeshakwambia hata sisi wenyewe hatupati hiyo internet na mafundi wanafanyia kazi, unajua mimi sio injinia, kwa hiyo siwezi kusema itachukua muda gani
    Mimi: sikia zena, sitegemei wewe uwe injinia, lakini nategemea wewe uwe taarifa, ndio maana nakuuliza, lakini asante.

    Mytake:
    Hapo kwenye red ndio tatizo.

    Customer Service kazi yake (kwa kiasi kikubwa) ni kumpa mteja taarifa, nilitegemea kama kuna tatizo kubwa na wao wanajua nategemea zena awe angalau anajua itachukua muda gani kwa hilo tatizo kutatuliwa ili aweze kuwa-serve wateja.

    sikua ninamuomba zena arudishe connection kwa wakati huo, ninaelewa kuna tatizo, ila ili niweze kujipanga ninaomba tu kujua the approximate time itayochukua kabla connection haijarejeshwa.

    Pale bongo kinatakiwa chuo kikuu cha customer service tu.

    Lakini hata hicho nina shaka kama kitashinda utamaduni wa nyodo. Customer Service inataka humility na kujishusha kwa hali ya juu, ambako wengi wetu hatukuwezi, tunataka kazi tu.

    Nishagombana na air hostess wa ATC kwa poor customer service, kuja air marshall ananiambia "hawa kinadada wengine wana matatizo yao kuanzia kwao huko".

    Nikachoka hata kuendeleza somo.

    Mkuu ukianza kuwawazia hawa customer cares Wa tz utaumwa na kichwa na utakuwa unaharibu siku yako kila siku. Tz bado tuko nyuma sana kwa hilo.

    Mie hata rafiki yangu tu - ambaye yupo karibu nami zaidi ya CS Rep- hawezi kunikatia simu hata kwa kughafilika, seuze CS Rep ninayemlipia mshahara kwa ada zangu?

    hili ni tatizo kubwa sana TZ, inabidi ukikutana nayo uwe unatujulisha ili tuwajue, nashukuru kwamba umesema ni startimes lakini nasikitika hujaweka na details kabisa, i mean ukiongea na mtu get his/her name, hapa picha ya startimes inachafuka na kumbe ni mtu mmoja tu

    Tatizo kubwa ni hawa HR wetu maana wao waajiri kupitia Facebook na akishapewa hongo ya nyuchi. Fanya utafiti utakuta ni mbovu sana na kasomea vyuo vya Yombo huko. Even the Law of how to treate the customer she don't i.e(Treat the Customer the way you want to be treated).     ni kweli tuna tatizo la watu wa customer care lakini wakiajrliwa watu kutoka kenya au nchi nyingine tunakuwa wa kwanza kulalamika oh wageni wanachukua ajira zetu matatizo hayo yapo kuanzia bar,benki,ofisi za serikali,Nssf na hasa ukifikiria wewe ndie unayefanya waajiriwe.Nafikiri inabidi tufanye kampeni za waziwazi kupambana na tatizo hili kuna watu wengi wako mitaani wanatafuta ajira

    Nilipata experience isiyotofautiana na hii Airtel nikifuatilia BB Services.Nililipia huduma hii na nikawa siipati nikapiga simu Customer care nadhani mara sita ni kila nikipiga napewa sijui ticket namba next time nikipiga ni porojo tu.
    Hii iliendelea for 2 weeks nikatuma hata mails kwenda CC but hata Courtesy ya kujibu haikuwepo mpaka nilipoamua kuachana nao wakiwa wameniibia 35000 na kwenda kupata huduma hiyo kwa provider mwingine.
