Pipeline ya Keter baada ya ku-lose Uganda deal ipo wap?
basi mna gundu haiwezekani majirani woote wawakimbie!Pipeline ya Keter iko on!! Sahi wanalinkthe Oil Fields with the roads halafu feasibility studies na designs za Pipeline zimetoka. 2017 Tunapeleka mafuta Mombasa by road, by 2018, the pile is ready! That is the plan. Tunajua kweli kuna shida na majirani siku hizi, ndio maana Uhuru akasema feasibility study zifanywe kulingana na Kenya peke yake!! mtu mwingine akija, sawa, asipokuja tunaenda mbele, twajua ingekuwa vyema kuwa na joint pipeline for cost sharing!! Lakini ikibidi??
In 4 years time Kenya will still be using trucks to transport it's oil.Signed a deal with Uganda some years back, then it changed after knowing that Kenya will benefit most, but they don't know that they are loosing out!!! Give the deal another least of 4 years, Kenya will be busy exporting its oil!!
Edward Wanjala, i assure u will export without a pipeline! And FYI South Sudan is joining the pipeline after DRC Congo! Kenya will never manage to convince a neighbor join a pipeline project on her soil even Somalia that right now is demanding her sea waters back..bwahah

Air Tanzania (TC, Dar-es-Salaam) will add a maiden B787-8 to its fleet next year Tanzania's President John Magufuli has announced.
Following a meeting with Boeing (BOE, Chicago O'Hare) Director of Sales, Jim Deboo, in Dar es Salaam this week, Magufuli said his government has already made an initial payment for the aircraft, which is expected to be delivered on June 18, 2017.
As with the Tanzanian government's other purchases, the aircraft will be acquired by the TGF - Tanzanian Government Flight (Dar-es-Salaam) company which will, in turn, lease it to Air Tanzania.
The order follows that confirmed with Bombardier (BBA, Montréal Trudeau) this past weekend entailing two CS300s and one additional Dash 8-400.
Magufuli last month said he expected Air Tanzania to use its renewed fleet to begin longhaul flights to the United States, China, and Russia.

President Ali Mohamed Shein was informed here yesterday when he visited the area. “We are on track with about 92 per cent of the work finished.
Soon the project would be completed,” the airport’s Chairman of the Board, Abdulghani Himid Msoma told President Ali Mohamed Shein who toured the project. He said that 310m/- out of 335m/- have been spent on the project and that engineers worked hard to meet the deadline.
The Commissioner of Fire and Rescue Department, Ali Abdalla Malimosi, joined the minister responsible for special department, Haji Omar Kheri, to promise good quality work done by the local contractors.
Construction of the building which had stalled for quite follows Dr Shein’s order to have the building completed within two months from October 4 this year. The President said having an unfinished structure at the airport was tarnishing its image to the outside world.
“I commend the administration and the engineers for responding well to my order, I thank you all,” Dr Shein said. AAKIA has been undergoing improvement, including expansion by building Terminal II.
