I had to read this twice to get it. And then i got it!
I think the problem in Africa is that our traditions are rooted in the fact that: The older a person, the wiser they are. So most of our leaders tend to be well in their late 60's and above.
I'll be the first to admit that i fall under that category more often than not. If an older person says something silly to me, i would much rather keep quiet than speak out from the mere fact that they are older!
It's time we shook off our backward beliefs i think.
 
Mwai kibaki- 85 yrs, the most lethargic, incoherent, aloof, ugliest president in the world. If we dint have a strong civil society the geezer would take this country to the dogs. Peter Kenneth being Raila's running mate would bring the change that we need.
