    WHO SAID SHULE ZA KATA EDUCATION WASN'T GOOD FOR US?

    From one of Irina secondary School, English teacher: "The girl goes to
    school, goesn't she?

    From Brits, somewhere in one of Mbeya School teacher:” Both of you three
    come here!"

    An irritated Songea School teacher to a student: "Tomorrow I want you to
    come with your father, your mother and both your parents!"

    On seeing twins enter his office, the deputy principal at a certain school
    (Serious Senior Secondary School) at Makuyuni said:" You look together;
    are you twice"

    Notice at a store in Sinza:"Open seven days a week and weekends"

    Bwana majimarefu admonishing two boys who were arguing: "Don't speak so
    twice together, man, Speak once upon a time!"

    Might look like a joke, but it is a joke that contains the sad truth...a quality of education even after 50 years of independence!
