    Wakuu habari
Hebu tujadilini, ni nani haswa anastahili kua father of physics kwa kuzingatia contributions zao kwenye physics kwa ujumla. Binafsi naamini Newton deserves the title. Kuna wanafizikia wengine kibao kama Albert einstein, Marie Curie, Niels Bohr, Galileo Gallilei na wengine. Je wewe unasemaje?

yes einstern ni smart sana but newton katoa mchango mkubwa na basic ya physics so newton anadesrve kuwa father i stand to be corrected

There isn't one. This is a useless and quite
pointless exercise. Physics is the result of
the efforts of many brilliant minds over the
centuries. Designating one of them as
somehow superior to the others is
    nonsense

    Among the giants:

Without question, the greatest name in physics during the Arab/Islamic Empire was Ibn al-Hay-tham, born in the city of Basra, Iraq, in 965 A.D. By the time he died in 1030, he had made major contributions to optics, astronomy and mathematics, some of which would not be improved upon for six centuries.

mmmh! father kwa maana ya baba ama father kicheo kwamba he did a lot? to me bado nabaki kusema kwamba kile chenye mchango mkubwa kwenye maisha ambacho leo hii ndicho msingi wa maisha basi muasisi wake ndo angefaa kuwa baba kitu hicho ni atom so sequence hii inaonyesha seniority Planck, Einstein, Bohr, and later de Broglie, Heisenberg, Schro¨ dinger, Dirac, Pauli, and Born. Anyways niko tayari kurekebishwa. i love physics aisee.............

Newton deserves the title. He was starting from scratch, but Eistein had a starting point to hinge his extraordinary discovery of mass-energy relationship- E=MC[SUP]2[/SUP]

Nearly all the major players in the history of physics, received the Nobel Prize in physics: Thomson (1906), Wien (1911), Planck (1919), Einstein (1921), Bohr (1922), Millikan (1923), Franck and Hertz (1926), Perrin (1926), Compton (1927), de Broglie (1929), Heisenberg (1932), Schro¨ dinger (1933), Dirac (1933), and Born (1955). Rutherford received the Nobel Prize in chemistry in 1908,and in 1935 Chadwick received the prize in physics

Physics ilipofika leo ni michango ya wengi ila "father" ni yule aliyetoa mchango mkubwa zaidi, ambaye for me ni Newton

If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants...Isaac Newton

    Physics / Science na mambo mengine yanayoitaji research na ugunduzi sio kazi ya mtu mmoja ni continuation ya kazi ya mwenzako alipoachia, na bila kutumia theories au kazi za mwenzako ambazo zipo ni vigumu kwa mwingine kuendelea into the next step.., kwahio mkuu kwenye physics kuna michango ya wengi ambayo bila hio michango wengine wasingepata kile ambacho wamekipata;

    Archimedes - laws of floatation
    Galileo - modern physics
    Newton - classical mechanics
Einsten - Theories of relativity; existence of atoms, E=mc2
    Tesla - Electromagnetism

Na wengine wengi.., wote kwa pamoja wamefanikisha kazi za wengine wanaowafata.., sometimes its being at the right time on the right time and depending what kinds of questions are asked at that time and what needs solving
