Where is the government

I noted one of the advertisement below from Zoom Tanzania. How can the Government accept this racial discrimination on employment contrary to the Law. Is this the price we are paying for being so kind to thieves from all over the world who are coming to pluck whatever we have. Where is the Matumbi's (Black Africans) future destination????
