What are the likely consequences of the cases against CDM high profile leaders?

I am curious to know what are the likely consequences of the cases against CDM high profile leaders. I wish to have answers on: -

1. Can lawyers predict with a reasonable degree that the CDM leaders will win these cases? And

1. If not, what do you think to be the likely consequences as we head 2015?

Just asking myself.

1. They have already won the case in hand, just waiting to be released free
2. If they loose, it means that the Government have intervened in this case, and the consequence will be definitely known. it's all about peoples power!
