Action star and noted tax hater Wesley Sniper turns 50 years old on Tuesday. But we're guessing he won't be getting a very nice cake. Snipes, who became a huge star in the '90s with roles in Blade, White Men Can't Jump, Demolition Man, is perhaps best known these days for trying to avoid paying income tax.
