3. Raila Odinga – Waziri Mkuu wa Kenya: Dola 427,886 (TSh 684m/-) kwa mwaka.
4. Barack Obama – Rais wa Marekani: Dola 400,000 (Tsh 640m/-) kwa mwaka.
5. Nicolas Sarkozy – Rais wa Ufaransa – Dola 345,423 (TSh 552.6m/-) kwa mwaka.
6. Stephen Harper – Waziri Mkuu wa Canada: Dola 296,400 (Tsh 474.2m/-) kwa mwaka.
7. Mary McAleese – Waziri Mkuu wa Jamhuri ya Ireland: Dola 287,900 (Sh. 460.6 milioni) kwa mwaka.
8. Julia Gillard – Waziri Mkuu wa Australia: Dola 286,752 (Sh. 458.8 milioni) kwa mwaka.
9. Angela Merkel – Waziri Mkuu (Chancellor) wa Ujerumani: Dola 283,608 (Sh. 453.7 milioni) kwa mwaka.
10. Naoto Kan – Waziri Mkuu wa Japan: Dola 273,676 (Sh. 437.8 milioni) kwa mwaka.
11. Jacob Zuma – Rais wa Afrika ya Kusini: Dola 272,280 (Sh. 435.6 milioni) kwa mwaka.
12. John Key – Waziri Mkuu wa New Zealand: Dola 271,799 ( Tsh 434.8m/-) kwa mwaka.
13. David Cameron – Waziri Mkuu wa Uingereza: Dola 215,390 (Sh. 344.6 milioni) kwa mwaka.
14. Ma Ying-jeu – Rais wa Taiwan: Dola 184,200 (Sh. 294.7 milioni) kwa mwaka.
15. Lee Myung-bak – Rais wa Korea Kusini: dola 136,669 (Sh. 218.6 milioni) kwa mwaka.
HIVI KWELI KENYA NI TAJIRI SANA KUIZIDI MAREKANI???????

Different strokes for different folks. What has Kenyan PM's emoluments got to do with us. We have a lot of our own predicaments and a number of quagmires yet to be settled. So instead of wasting mettle in discussing other's matters, better we allocate those spare calories to dig into our own troubles. Shame to whoever meshuggener who has brought in this codswallopish thread which might unmistakably be the stupidest of the year.

Kenya is the most capitalist country all over the world. The population percentage of Kenyans who possess the above 50% of its economy is smaller than that of USA.

Go USA go!

IN THREE DIMENSIONAL (3D)
ANA PATA KIASA GANI KULINGANISHA NA WAZIRI MKUU WA KENYA

Barack Obama boosts presidential salary with $5 million in book sales
Being President has done wonders for Barack Obama's book sales. Even though his official salary - pro-rated to reflect his earnings from his first 345 days in office - amounted to a mere $374,460 (£240,000), Mr Obama declared a total income for last year of more than $5.5 million.
That did not include the $1.4 million Nobel Peace Prize money he won and donated to ten charities.
"The vast majority of the family's 2009 income is the proceeds from the sale of the President's books," Norm Eisen, Mr Obama's ethics adviser, wrote in a post on the White House blog yesterday. The Obamas signed their joint 65-page tax return a week ago but April 15 is the deadline for filing returns for 142 million Americans and the day the First Couple promised to post theirs online.
For anyone yearning for name recognition to help them to storm the bestseller charts, it makes irritating reading: the Obamas reported $5,173,777 in business income, most of it royalties from the continuing sales of only two books, the second of which was published four years ago
The Audacity of Hope, Mr Obama's lyrical manifesto for a long-shot presidential run, sold 182,000 copies in hardback in its first three weeks on the shelves and eclipsed even John Grisham on The New York Times bestseller list. It has sold steadily ever since though it is nowhere near as popular as his first book, Dreams From My Father.
Mr Obama's writings have accounted for most of his family's earnings since he shot to prominence at the Democratic convention of 2004.
The couple reported approximately $1 million in pre-tax income for 2006 and $4.2 million for 2007, when Mr Obama announced his White House bid.
Sales slumped, relatively speaking, in 2008: their gross earnings for the year of the campaign were $2.7 million, of which they paid $855,000 in tax.
For last year the Obamas have paid nearly $1.8 million in tax and donated $329,100 to charity, on top of the Nobel Prize money.
That contrasted strongly with the more meagre tax returns of the Vice- President, Joe Biden, and his wife, Jill, who declared $333,182 in joint income for 2009.
If the experience of Bill and Hillary Clinton is anything to go by, the Obamas are only beginning to tap into their earning potential. In April 2008 the Clintons released combined income figures of $109 million for the eight years since Mr Clinton left the White House.
It has been traditional since the Nixon years for US presidents to publish at least some of their tax details; a practice that began with the resignation of Spiro Agnew, President Nixon's first Vice-President, amid allegations of taking bribes and dodging taxes.
The only Vice-President since then to refuse to publish his full return was Dick Cheney in 2000, his first year in the White House after a long and lucrative stint as chairman of Halliburton, a conglomerate providing services to the oil industry and the US Armed Forces. Mr Cheney released only a summary of his earnings for the previous year. In 2001 he and President Bush published partial tax returns.
The President's salary is currently set at $400,000 a year, excluding expenses. The First Lady does not draw a salary. About 40 per cent of Americans pay 86 per cent of all federal tax revenues, while 36 per cent pay none at all.

Hapo ndo kuna utofauti.U got it twisted. Please compare aples to aples.
