    Pole find the operating system (os) cd then do the following only if you know how to,otherwise find someone who can.
    You can try resolving this problem and performing hard disk recovery using the below methods:

    • Perform a startup repair of Microsoft Windows 7 installation using installation disk. It can fix the problems of missing or damaged system files.

    • Run SFC (System File Checker) on your system to replace damaged system files.

    • Use Windows Recovery Console to fix boot loader corruption.

    Sometimes hua ni hardware issue, km kuna hardware uliongeza iondoe kwanza. Au lah hardware failure inatokea ktk pc yako kwenye cpu. Au program imecorupt so inaleta shida na pia program conflict. Try this km ushauri wa hapo juu utakushinda
