2.protect our customers, for example to prevent spam or attempts to defraud users of the services, or to help prevent the loss of life or serious injury of anyone;
3.operate and maintain the security of our services, including to prevent or stop an attack on our computer systems or networks; or
4.protect the rights or property of Microsoft, including enforcing the terms governing the use of the services – however, if we receive information indicating that someone is using our services to traffic in stolen intellectual or physical property of Microsoft, we will not inspect a customer's private content ourselves, but we may refer the matter to law enforcement.
That privacy statement clearly shows that if you us win 10, you have no privacy.
So what does that mean for all us torrent users? Nothing good. Most users may not know this but, your connection can be track to your location. That means if your torrenting from the comfort of your home, they can look up your address.

When in the future you need a PC, buy a MAC or buy a Windows 10 machine and install Linux Mint/ Ubuntu etc. on a partition. Do all your torrenting via your Linux OS. Segregate your work.....use Windows for legit, work purposes, office work, etc....use Linux for downloading movies, books, music, anime etc. The pirated software you need Windows to run on, just copy on USB from Linux folder to flash drive, boot up Windows and install. You don't need to even do that, access your downloaded folder in Linux whilst in Windows but I wouldn't do that.
