Lets be real, the human resource pool in Tanzania is wanting, the education system is flawed, the inherent laziness and ujamaa hangover are not helping either. Safi sana Watanzania ni wavivu, wizi makazini, uongo, hawawajibiki ipasavyo. Naunga mkono tena infaa waondolewe vikwazo vyote ili Watanzania wajue kazi si lelemama, Wakenya waje kutufunza heshima na nidhamu ya kazi, tulibweteka sana na kila kitu kuwa cha umma, kimetutia maradhi mabaya sana ya uvivu.

TANELEC and Serena Hotels are both Kenyan companies, what do you expect? To them, employing fellow Kenyans have got tripple advantages. They are cheap, faithful and easy to control. In fact they can easily exploit fellow Kenyans coz they looked for their work and residence permit, they can enslave them just by holding their passport till when they go back for xmas, the salaries paid to fellow Kenyans are cheaper than if they would have been paid in Kenya.

Sales zikawa nzuri sana, na likawa na influnce kubwa sana zamani hizo za 1992-1997. Akaja Mkenya mmoja hapo Akiitwa sijui Hamisi vile? Watanzania walio position gazeti hilo na ku sustain sales kwa muda wote wakaonekana na mwenye kampuni ile hawafai. Wakajengewa mazingira ya kuondoka, na wakaondoka kweli, akiwepo mwandishi mashuhuli akiitwa James Mpinga, ambaye hata wakenya wenyewe walimheshimu. Hivi mtu akiwa na kampuni, kuwapatia kupaumbele watanzania wenzako haiwezi kuwa sehemu ya uzalendo kweli?
