    Nilitaka kujisajili kwenye Huduma ya TIGO PESA cha kushangaza nikaambiwa eti nilishajisajili hivyo nikalazimika kwenda kwenye Ofisi za Tigo pale Mlimani city kutaka kufahamu ukweli wa hili suala pamoja na kuomba kupatiwa namba ya siri.

    Yapo mazuri niliyokutana nayo pale na kwa haya Tigo wanastahili pongezi:

    ....Utaratibu mzuri wa kutumia namba ili kuepusha migogoro ya foleni
    .... Mhudumu wa pale mlangoni anafanya kazi yake kwa ufasaha na hababaishi
    .... Mlinzi pia ana ushirikiano wa kutosha kwa wateja

    Sasa tatizo linakuja pale unapokwenda kwa wale akina dada watoa huduma......


    ....Hawako friendly hata kidogo, ukienda pale wanakuona kama unawasumbua
    ....wakati mwingine wanaacha kumsikiliza mteja wanazungumza kwenye simu
    ....kuna mmoja alipigiwa simu huyo akanyanyuka kwenda kupokea na aliporudi bila hata kumwomba samahani mteja anamuuliza "una shida gani?"
    ....wana tabia ya kupiga stori wenyewe kwa wenyewe huku wamemweka mteja pending
    ....mara wanatumiana sijui vitu gani online wanaambiana "iicheki hiyo" huku mteja ukisubiri
    ....Wana dharau sana wateja na wanatoa majibu ya hovyo hovyo
    ....wana tabia ya kutoa majibu ambayo hayaridhishi na siyo ya kitaalamu, ukiwauliza maswali zaidi wanakuonesha dhahiri kukerwa na maswali yako, mara washike simu mradi tu kukufanya ukate tamaa uondoke.
    ....Cha kushangaza wakati mwingine wanatumia hata kiingereza, ukiwauliza swali kwa lugha hiyo hiyo, wanabadilisha wanatumia kiswahili

    Jana ilikuwa mara yangu ya Tatu kwenda pale ili nisaidiwe kupata suluhu ya Tatizo hilo hilo, cha kushangaza waliniambia kuwa nimesajiliwa kwenye hiyo huduma ingawa hawakuniambia nilisajiliwa lini na katika kituo gani, kwa maelezo kuwa ni long process mpaka wanipe majibu yote hayo (nikaridhika). Kila ninapoomba kupatiwa namba ya siri ninaambiwa kuwa nitatumiwa ndani ya masaa 24 kwa sms, bado naisubiri hapa!

    TIGO licha ya mazuri yenu kwetu wateja, pamoja na matatizo mbalimbali mliyo nayo pia mnaangushwa na watu wa jinsi hii, manake mteja ninakwenda kwenye Ofisi zenu kutatuliwa tatizo lakini badala ya ufumbuzi wa tatizo langu ninaondoka pale nimekereka kwa sababu ya majibu ya dharau ya wahudumu wenu.

    Wafanyakazi wa TIGO lack the thing called COMMUNICATION METHODS naposema hivyo namaanisha ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS (What the say, The way they say it, Their Body Language).

    Inabidi wajifunze namna ya ku deal na wateja (ikiwa ni pamoja na kuwa na uelewa kuhusu Tigo in General) vinginevyo wanatufukuza..

    TIGO have customer disservice in lieu of customer service. They are the most inefficient service provider in the industry.

    Mkuu you're right yaani ukienda kuhudumiwa it is as if hiyo huduma labda unapewa bure there is so much of Customer Promiscuity, sijui hata kama huwa wanafanyiwa Performance Appraisal

    Kwa hilo ni kweli Watanzania tupo nyuma sana, labda ni kwa sababu za kupeana ajira kwa vimemo hivyo watu wanashindwa kuwajibishana...

    mkuu mimi nilikaribia kumtukana dada,nimepiga sim huduma ya wateja nimekaa saa zima.nikaaza kutaja matatizo yangu,nikawa simsikii vizuri yaani nasikia sauti kwa mbali sana.nikawa nauliza unanisikia niendelee.mara tusi likamtoka kwa ukali ma kwa sauti ya juu.
    muda wote anaongea mbali na mic kwenye matusi kaiweka mdomoni.

    Customer care za bongo ni customer kero!! Its an opportunity lakini kuwashawishi wahudhurie uwafundishe namna ya kuhandle wateja mmmm!! Lakini ni serious problem nchini kila kona, pengine watu wanajali zaidi muonekano wa mteja na si kujali namna ya kumfanya mtu atoe pesa yake bila kushurutishwa kwa maneno mbofu mbofu!!

    Nenda sehemu nyingi bongo, utatamani ufungue biashara yako uwafundishe namna customer care inavyotakiwa!! Si ofisi binafsi, serikalini wala shirika! its worse! Better when you for Gambling in a cassino watu wanajali mtu na pesa yako.

    Sio Tigo tu mkuu ni sehemu nyingi sana, halafu videmu vingi vya customer care huwa vinadhani kila mtu anataka kuvitongoza.. very childish
