    Wadau kaka na dada zangu salaamu!!nakuja hapa jamvini na kilio cha kuomba msaada wa dhati.kifupi kutokana na hali kubwa ya ujasiliamali nilionayo nilifungua kampuni ya huduma za kitaalamu (consultancy) ikijikita hasa katika huduma za rasilimali watu (human resources),ikijikita katika huduma kuu nne nazo ni consultancy(katika mambo ya hr,finance na banking),training (capacity bulding),recruitment, research (data collection &surveys) na eneo la mwisho ni business development services (bussiness plan write up,proposal write-up,microfinance consultating).kampuni imesajiliwa kihalai na kua na vibali vyote muhimi,nanao wataala wa kutosha na wenye uzoefu mkubwa sana,na pia natumia freelance consultants kutoka sehemu mbalimbali nchini,na wote nimeingia nao mkataba wa kazi.shida yangu:wadau tangu nifungue office hii ni mwaka mmoja na nusu sasa na nimeweza kupata kazi tatu tu (3) tena kutoka kwa mteja mmoja tuu ambaye amalizika sana na kiwango na ubora wa kazi yetu na akatupa kazi zingine mbili tena.zaidi ya huyu mteja mmoja nimeshindwa kabisa kupata wateja wengine na hili hasa limetokana na ukweli kwamba ni kazi kupata mteja sehemu kama hujuani na mtu pale.nimejaribu sana kufanya matangazo na kutuma company profile kwa potential clients wengi sana bila mafanikio.sasa hata hela za kuendesha office zimekwisha na miiezi kadhaa nitatakiwa kulipia pango la office.niko kwenye hali ngumu sana.naomba wadau mnipe mawazo yenu je nita kutumia huduma za kampuni yangu? Je nawezaje kupata partners ambao wana connections na clients mbalimbali nishirikiane nao kwa makubaliano ya kugawana faida ya kila kazi watakayo nisaidia kuipata.naomba kuwasilisha.

    Ni kweli mdau mimi ni mshauri,lakini tanzania yetu principles za marketing does not apply nazani ingekua hivyo ningefanikia,nimefanya yote kwa upande wa utaalamu.labda nipate mtaalamu wa networking anishauri na kunilink na potential people.ahsante mdau.

    Kwanza Kabisa Biashara ya Consultancy kwa Tanzania haijawa kubwa sana Wabongo hawataki kushauriwa katika mambo muhimu kama hayo, na Biashara hiyo huwezi pata wateja kila siku kuna kipindi unaweza kaa hata miezi miwili bila kazi. So fanya yafuatayo.

    1. Endelea Kujitangaza kwa njia mbalimbali kamza za broshura tumia njia ya posta advatisment ni nzuri sana.

    2. Tafuta makampuni na NGO zinazo fanya shughuli kama zako mfano kwenye training za biashara ongea nao make kunsome time wanakuwa bise inabidi watafute watu wa kuwasaidia

    3. Kutokana na kazi kuwa chache punguza hata ghalama za uendeshaji. Unaweza hata tumia stationary ya mtu kuwa offisi yako kwa sababu kazi nyingi zina kuwa either zinafanyikia kwenye eneo jingine, au offisi yako fanya na shughuli nyingine.

    4. Kama utakuwa na nafasi jaribu kufanya hata shughuli za Kutraine watu fulani au makundi fulani free of charge hiyo itakusaidia kujenga jina zaidi.

    5. Cheki na watu wa makamuni kama yako na jaribu kutafuta mtu mmoja mmoja anaweza akawa anakuulengeshea kazi ambazo haziji kikampuni.

    6. Na kwenye kampuni yako kama vipi Jaribu kuwa na mtu ambae ni portential hata kama atakuwa bise na shughuli zingine yaani ambae ana enfluence fulani ambae ana network kubwa na ambae anweza kuwa anasoma lamani freshi.Unaweza mpatia share fulani.

    Duh! Pole sana mkuu. Hivi hujaandika hii thread huku unalia kweli?
    Komandoo ameshauri vizuri hapo chini ila kwa kuongezea jaribu kufikiria kuprovide hizo trainnings kwa wanafunzi wa vyuo pia kwa mtindo wa seminar/workshop. Nafikiri umefocus zaidi kwa wafanyakazi wa maofisini na ofisi nyingi sidhani kama wana utaratibu wa kuupdate skills za wafanyakazi wao. Unaweza kujipanga na kuwa unaandaa hizo seminars kwa wanafunzi na ukapanga reasonable price ambayo itakuacha na profit japo kidogo.
    Umedai unafundisha hadi kuandika proposal ila nimeshindwa kuelewa umeshindwaje kuandika proposal nzuri ya kuweza kuwaconvice clients wako waaccept. Andika proposal nyingi na upeleke sehemu nyingi nyingi. Usisubiri mtu akushike mkono kukwambia peleka pale au lete huku.
    Naamini unapokuwa katika wakati mgumu sana wakati wa neema huwa umekaribia, wakati wako wa neema umekaribia ila usikae kuusubiria bali endelea kuukimbilia.

    mkuu.... tafuta kazi ndogo ndogo nyingi ... zitakupa uzoefu na zitafanya automatic marketing ... using'ang'anie corporates level na tena tafuta wateja wa individuals na SME's .... hawa ndiyo watakupa sustainability kwenye biashara yako

    in future hawa wateja wadogo will turn into corporates then you are done

    usikate tamaa .... pambana mkuu utashinda .... siku moja nitakuungisha biashara nikiwa nahitaji service mojawapov

    Kaka ikisema hivyo utakua hujui nini hasa maana ya zana nzima ya Consultancy au Ushauri.Nani kakwambia ukiwa mshauri unakua mshauri wa kila fani na utaala kwa asilimia 100%? lakini pia hata maprofessor wanaendelea kufanya utafiti japo wameshafuzu,ikiwa na maana taalumu haina kikomo na upungufu wa ufahamu kuacha kupata mawazo ya wengine kisa aibu au kujikweza wewe ni mshauri na ushauriki.

    ....Jaribu pia kuandaa seminar/training/ workshops na kuzitoa katika Vyuo vya Elimu ya Juu hasa kwa wale Graduates, hili ulifanye kwa kuishirikisha Student Organisation ya Chuo husika. kufundisha Graduates, skills za namna ya kupata ajira, au kujiajiri. Ni njia ya kujitangaza hii.
    kama umeisajili Consultancy yako, unaweza pia kupitia matangazo mbalimbali ya kazi za consultancies ktk vyombo vya habari i.e magazeti, huwa zipo nyingi tu

    Pole ndugu Wamoro, wengi tunaelewa frustration zako, jee ulipoanza project yako ulijipanga na exit strategy?
    Kwa sababu kwenye situation kama ya kwako kuna mawili, either you swallow your pride and give up (kujikata) before real shit happen (given your exit strategy is in place) or take it on the chin and stay in the ring (Komaa nao). Kwa hio ni kujikata ama kukomaa nao.
    Most of the time good comes from difficult and unpleasant situation in your life.
    Ndugu yangu your predicament is part of learning curve, inaonekana you have very high expectation lakini ukweli kabla hujasimama lazima hizi ups and down ndio zinakuwa nyingi mpaka unatoka (before you make it) muhimu ni kuwa na belief in yourself and never ever loose your focus. Mwaka mmoja na nusu ni mdogo sana kupata matokeo, hao unaowaona wanapata kazi wamejenga uzoefu kwa miaka mingi nao walianza pengine na mteja mmoja tu.
    Ndugu yangu inaonekana wewe unajaribu kuwa jeshi la mtu mmoja - CEO, Sales Manager, Chief accountant etc. ingawa pengine unao hawa wasaidizi lakini pengine ni vivuli tu.
    Kumbuka every Batman needs Robin, mara nyingi dhana ya 'mimi naweza kila kitu' ndio inaturudisha nyuma, wewe pengine ni stadi katika Mipango na usimamizi (Planning and Management) lakini ni dhahiri uko dhaifu kwenye Sales na ndio tatizo lako, inabidi ukubali mapungufu yako na tafuta partner aliye bingwa na mambo ya Mauzo (Sales)
    Hata batman Tony Blair alikuwa na Robin Gordon Brown na mambo yalikuwa mswano lakini robin G. Brown alipotaka kuwa Batman alishindwa vibaya.

    Hivi Tanzania tunayo business networking? ama unajua breakfast networking ndio nini? Endapo hakuna hii nakushauri uianzishe, kama ipo basi tafuta ujiunge nayo, kiufupi ni vikundi vya mkusanyiko wa wajasiriamali wa taaluma mbalimbali, hukutana mkahawani asubuhi na kusaidiana (referrals) katika shida kama za kwako, Consultant atampatia mteja property developer, Surveyor atamuunganisha Car dealer, Mkulima atamtonya dili Hotelier nk. Ni nafuu kuliko advertising.

    Mkuu nadhani haukufanya your Homework, ungefanya market research, haya unayoyajua sasa ungeyajua kabla haujaanza biashara; anyway kutokana na hapa Bongo majority hatujui faida ya Consultancy na kazi nyingi tunafanya kwa uzoefu, kwa biashara yako ni vigumu kupata wateja individuals, lakini nakushauri usitafute private individuals, ongea na makampuni tofauti private na ya kiserikali na kuwaambia kwamba unatoa training, kwa wafanyakazi wao (am sure ukiongea na wahusika na ukawaambia utawakatia kidogo posho utapata kazi)

    Pia itisha semina tofauti tofauti za kutoa training kuhusu business, au nenda kwenye vyuo vya biashara ongea nao kama unaweza ukatoa training.

    In short you can package your business as a training kwa makampuni tofauti na shule za kibiashara. Pia anzisha program ya kuwasaidia watu kuandika business plan hususan watu wanaotaka kuomba mikopo; unaweza kuongea na watu kwenye ma-Banks ili wakuunganishe kwa watu wanaokuja kuomba mikopo ili uwatengenezee business plan
