    wenye watoto nawasamehe...

    Hakika. Mazoezi na nidhamu katika kula ndiyo suluhisho.

    Haya yanaendana kiujumla na kubadilisha life style hususani kwa wale wanaoishi mjini. Mfano,kutembea kwa mguu mahali pasipohitaji kwenda na gari. Kutumia ngazi badala ya lift kwenye majengo ya ghorofa. Na pia kuepuka unywaji wa pombe kwa kupitiliza.
