Vyuo vikuu Tanzania: Kwa nini customer care mbovu? Vinatoa Mfano gani?

    Wadau nimesha deal na vyuo vikuu vifuatavyo;
    University of Dar Es Salaam, Open university, Istitute of Finance Management (IFM) na Mzumbe University. Nilichokumbana nacho si mfano bora, na hasa ukizingatia hawa ndo wanao waandaa vijana wetu kuingia kwenye soko la ajira.
    Kwa kifupi sana nimeshuhudia mambo yafuatayo:
    • Sehemu ya maulizo ( enquiries) wameweka watu wasio na uzoefu au wamezoea kazi, hii hupelekea wakujibu watakavyo au kutoa taarifa zisizo sahihi. Hili nimelishuhudia Mzumbe na IFM.
    • Vyuo vyote havijibu emails; sasa najiuliza kwanini wameziweka kwenye website zao au kwenye business cards zao?
    • Teknolojia ni mbovu ajabu; nimekwenda UDSM nimekuta bado kuna idara zinatumia typwriters za miaka ilee, filing system ndo usiulize.....shida hapa naona hakuna mahusiano mazuri ya departments ndani ya chuo.
    • Wahadhiri ndo usiseme wameshajikatia tamaa; they are not happy anymore.........hata mazungumzo yao si ya kukutia nguvu ujiunge na vyuo vya Tanzania. Kwa kifupi wanasogeza siku ziende huku wakijikita zaidi kwenye shughuli binafsi.

    Unauliza customer care nzuri katika public/ government institutions?
    Customer care ni zero katika sehemu yoyote ambapo kuna mkono wa serikali!
    Na hiyo ni kwa sababu ya undugunization/urafikinization kiasi kwamba unakuta watu wanawekwa katika vitengo ambavyo hawaviwezi, watu wakiboronga hawawajibishwi kwa sababu wanalindana au kwa sababu boss yuko chini ya mtu ambaye alisaidia huyo mtu aliye chini ya boss apate kazi. Au hata ukimuwajibisha mtu unahofia kujenga chuki na hata kufanyiwa kitu mbaya kwa sababu unaingiia maisha ya watu na serikali yenyewe nd'o hivyo - hakuna appreciation hata ukifanya vizuri na hata kama kuna appreciation/appraisal unakuta wanapatiwa watu ambao hawastahili kutokana na mambo niliyoyataja hapo juu. Kwa hiyo kila mtu anasubiri siku ziende avute mshahara wake tu, suala la tija ni ZERO!

    Observation yako ni kweli. Nadhani imekuwa ki2 cha kawaida nowdays ktk nchi hii na sababu kubwa ni kukosekana kwa uwajikaji wa wa2 binafc na uwajibishswaji kutoka kwa top leaders.Everone thinks about personal welfare pale alipo mambo ya care hayana tija.Wanasahau kwamba hizo ofic hazwez kuwepo bila hao wa2.

    Transcript nilifuatilia kwa mwezi mzima sasa hizo "statement of result" ndio nilitamani kulia...
    Mtu unaweza ukakosa dili hivihivi...!
    Nilikatiwa simu na customer service wa tiGo... hapo ndio nikakoma kabisa nakukubali kuwa "customer service" sio utamaduni..!

    Ni kweli watu hao wenye customer care mbovu wapo sehemu zote za huduma za wateja, lkn serikalini (au sehemu yoyote yenye mkono wa serikali) nd'o balaa!

    Ukitaka kulia kabisa nenda ofisi ya Postgraduate Studies hapo UDSM ndio utachoka kabisa. Kwa waliosoma mastaz na Ph D hapo miaka ya nyuma watakua wanajua usumbufu uliopo wakati wa kusubmit dissertation\thesis. Labda kama miaka hii wameshajirekebisha

    Tusilaumu sana customer care, ni mfumo mzima wa Bongo ndo ulivyo, popote pale na c o vyuoni tu! Niliwahi kwenda benki moja kumwona customer care Manager na yule jamaa alivyonipokea hata sijui nilikuwa nimemkosea nini. Niliamua kumtolea uvivu na kumpa yake. Mpaka leo siingii tena kwenye hiyo benki hata kwa dawa!

    wanafundisha utawala lakini wao wameshindwa kabisa.

    Pole sana ndugu yangu, mimi nilikuwa nafanya application ya masters kwa kuchelewa ........nikaenda kwa secretary....akaniambia nirudi tarehe 20 october 2011. Nilimsihi sana nionane na dean kwa sababu nilikuwa naamini sifa zote zinazo ...na zaidi ya hapo nilikuwa na vyeti vyote. Alinikatalia katakata na kuniambia nimsikilize yeye ndo anajua.

    Kwa bahati nzuri nikakutana na rafiki yangu wa muda mrefu, nikamwelezea scenario yote! akanipatia namba ya course coordinator....nilipompigia akaniambia bado wanapokea applications ( hapo nilichoka kabisa). Thanks God nimemaliza application, na Mungu akijaalia nakwenda J3 kuchukua admission letter yangu.

    Kwani Tanzania kuna customer care au Masaburi ya ma-secretary? Mimi nimeshaachana nao kitambo hasa mambo ya bank nilimtukana mwadada 1 pale m\mapipa. Nimeenda kudeposit pesa nimesimama foleni nimefika kwenye kaunta simu yake ikaita, akaacha hata kutoa huduma na kuanza kuongea, tena alikuwa anaongea upumbavu, nikamvulia 5min huku nikiwa na hasira, nikaona hamalizi nikaamua kumrukia na kumpaka. Shughuli ilikuwa hapo wacha tutupiane maneno tena makali. Basi tangu siku hiyo nikafunga Account yangu na kuamua kuweka pesa mjengoni. Week iliypoita nikaenda kufungua Account na FNB na nimeifurahia huduma yao, sijui huko mbeleni itakuwaje. Customer care Tanzania is very very F****n Poor, like Foolish leader in Magogoni and Dodoma.

    Si nasikia wadada wa mapekezi wanafundishana kuwa ukitaka mabo yako yaende vizuri "fungua zipu ya boss"!, so wewe mteja ukija unaonekana kama unamchelewesha kumhudumia boss, huo ndo mchango wangu.

    Kama ningekuwa na bomu ningemlipua Examination syndicate wa OUT sijui hiyo Doctorate alitoa wapi ni pumbafu kweli kile kijamaa kifupi cheusi,vyuo vya tz kuna huduma mbovu sana,kulikuwa na secratary wa Law school alikuwa ananyodo za kishamba sana.

    Kuna Ofisi zimejaa upupu na ujinga haswa kwa Customer service namba moja DSTV huwa tunawapigia simu mpaka basi hiyo call centre yenu ni magumashi matupu. Pale Barrick dsm Office kuna binti wa reception anajiona kama yeye ndio bosi ukifika pale kwa shughuli za kiofisi na bahati nzuri mungu kamjaalia ubaya wa sura na umbo. NMB bank need to overhaul all customer service dept. Tigo,voda hizi call center zenu mbona hazifunction. Wizara ya Ardhi kulikuwa na matattizo sasa hivi naona mambo si mabaya hongera mama Tiba. Dawasco ndio mbwa wasiojua maana ya customer service hawahudumii wateja kabisa sidhani kama visanduku vya maoni huwa mnasoma. TICTS container terminal nako kuna uozo mkubwa tupa mbali hao kanyaboya mliowaweka reception. Police Fire response nayo haina cc nzuri nyumba zinaungua tunawapigia simu haikamatiki.
