    Naomba msaada kuhusu aina zifaazo kwa wanaume kula ili kuongeza nguvu na stamina ya kufanya tendo la ndoa!

    Hii nimeiona ni mada muhimu kujadiliwa kwa kuwa sasa hivi takwimu zinaonyesha kwamba ndoa nyingi zinavunjika kwa sababu wanawake wankosa huduma ya tendo la ndoa kwa ufasaha kiasi cha kutosheleza!! Nafahamu baadhi ya mambo kama ukosefu wa mazoezi ya kutosha, ulevi, na mafuta mengi mwilini pia yanachangia!! Hoja yangu hapa nataka kuelimishwa ni vyakula gani iwe vya kupikwa au vyakula asilia vinavyoweza kumsaidia mwanaume? Vile vya muda mrefu (sex boosters) na vile vya muda mfupi kabla ya kufanya tendo (stimulators)

    Piga zoezi tu kimbia, nyanyua vyuma...:) na hakikisha unakula balanced diet...lakini angalia kisura asikukimbie kwa kuzidiwa mapigo

    .........ha ha ha basically you 're all right. But exercise is the most with balanced diet. As said above make sure you take some food rich in protein and Zinc minerals.... Punguza kitambi cha chini (kitambi chakuning'inia/kilichodondoka) kwani kinazuia blood floor kwenye sex organs.

    Nafikiri suala la msingi hapa ni mazoezi tu. Wengine wametoa hoja kuhusu stimulators na sio nini cha kukuongezea stamina ukiwa kitandani. Kama unataka stamina ni kufanya mazoezi tu. Unaweza kwenda round nyingi bila kuchoka kama una zoezi. Ukinywa konyagi, au ukila korosho au karanga, kama hauna zoezi utachemka mapema tu mtu wangu. Hamu unakuwa nayo, but your body can not go on.

    Just exercise guys.

    Nafikiri wengi wanasumbuliwa na hofu na kutojiamini, kama kweli huna matatizo yoyote ya kiafya au maradhi sidhani kama kutakuwa na matatizo ya nguvu za kiume.
