    Asante sana sana, nafikiri wengi wakitumia hii diet Dk Manyuki hatapata wateja! asante saana, nina karanga zangu ndani na asali mbichi hebu ngoja nitafanya practical nione kazi yake kwa karanga sina tatizo!!!

    Baada ya kupata huo mlo ongezea na zeoezi kidogo la viungo.. Linasaidia kuweka sawa mapigo ya moyo na moja kwa moja kurahisisha msukumo wa damu mwilini...
