Whoever gave you the 10% default probability figure should have also given you an example. Maybe you were not paying attention in your online university economics class. But I'll give you an example of Russia in 1998. They defaulted on their bills. You also conveniently ignored my other point about inflation. Why is that? You didn't learn about inflation in your online university economics class? By the way, where do you think the government gets the money to pay it's debtors?

You don't know what you're talking about. Do you remember those Govt houses that were sold during Mkapa's era? How much did taxpayers gain from the sale of those govt houses?

Anyone who buys government bills will be our creditor. Property market will favor when the house is sold so taxpayers will make money. 50% profit on the governor house is not hard to imagine if it is sold in 10 years.
