    Kuna jamaa yangu ana biashara ya usafirishaji. ana miliki malori mawili. kila lori lina uwezo wa kubeba tani 20. ila kwa mujibu wa mizani ya Tanzania inabidi kila lori libebe tani 14 ili lisizidi kwenye mizani ya barabarani. siku moja jamaa kabeba kreti za soda toka dar kwenda Tanga. alipopita kwenye mzani pale kibaha maili moja, mzani ulisoma GVM 26,000 ambazo ndo uwezo wa mwisho anaoruhusiwa kuwa nao barabarani. akapita bila matatizo. alipofika Msata kupima akakutwa ana 26,300 GVM. wakaanza kukwaruzana. haiwezekani uzani kuongezeka wakati dizeli imetumika zaidi. na haiwezekani kuongeza mzigo njiani kwani zile soda zote zilikuwa zinapelekwa Tanga kwa order maalum toka kiwandani.     Kwa nini akubali kuonewa na feini alilipa ya nini kama alijua yuko sawa? Unadai kuwa haiwezekani kuongeza mzigo je anawaamin vip hao wafanyakazi wake kuwa hawawezi ongeza mzigo? je gali ni la busta na kama ni la busta liliangaliwa kabla ya kuingia mizani?

    sio kweli kuwa waliongeza mzigo manake haiwezekani kwa aina ya mizigo waliyokuwa wamebeba. ni kweli kasema lori lake ni la booster. ila kabla ya kutoka Dar walishapima uzito uliokuwa kwenye gari pamoja na mafuta ambayo yaliwekwa pale oilcome chang'ombe kwenye mataa. tunasubiri ushauri kwa hamu

    kama hakuongeza mzigo yawezekana booster zilifell kwa uzembe dreva akaogopa kumweleza tajiri yake ukweli akaona awatupie watu wa mizani mpira ,kesi za hivyo ni nyingi sana na mizani yote huwa iko sawa ikitofautiana sana huwa ni kilo hamsin na penyewe ni mara chache sana huwa wanarekebisha haraka waonapo tatizo

    wakuu uzito wa magari ya mizigo unaopimwa kwenye mizani unafanyika hivi

    gari la mizigo linauzito wake likiwa tupu na pia lina uwezo wake wa juu wa kubeba mizigo (max load capacity)

    ukifika mizani wanapima axle weight yaani wanapima front axle na rear axles, ujumla wake ndiyo uzito wa gari lote

    baada ya hapo wanachukua total axles weight wanatoa uzito wa gari likiwa tupu (uzito uliokuwa declared,) ndipo wanapata uzito kamili wa mzigo

    ninayojua barabara za Tanroads max load ya gari kama semi trailers ni 30 tons,

    actually hii pia sio ya kweli. boosters ni nzima na hazija fail hata kidogo. na hili ndo lililotokea tena. walipita tena maili moja na mzigo wa soda hizo hizo ambapo walisoma GVM 25800. Hii ni safari ya pili badala ya ile niliyoeleza awali. walipofika Msata kupima wakawa 26000GVM! inakuwa haieleweki manake diesel inakuwa ishapungua . nadhani kuna tatizo pale Msata manake haiwezekani toka maili moja mpaka pale gari izidi.

    Kama una uhakika na unachokiongea na una ushahidi wa ukweli unaweza ukawachukulia hatua za kisheria wakalipa ila angalia usije ukawachukulia hatua uchunguzi ukafanywa tatizo likakutwa kwenye gari lenu ikala kwenu, but mi naongea kitu ambachonakifahamu make nina uzoefu na mambo ya mizani

    mara nyingi mzani mmoja hautambui risiti za mzani mwingine. na siku zote wanajaribu kutengeneza mazingira ya kudoubt ukweli wa mtoa risiti kuwa mnaweza kuwa mmeweka mzigo mwingine btn mizani, ambacho sio kweli kabisa. kuhusu kuchukua hatua za kisheria, hapo ndo uswahili wetu unapoingia. mara nyingi hiyuo process inachukua muda sana na while unachukua hatua hiyo gari lako utaliacha mizani? mwishoni kwa sababu wewe ndo mnyonge na unataka uachane na hiyo kadhia unaishia aidha kulipa faini uliyopewa au kutoa kitu kidogo yaishe na ww uendelee na shughuli zako.
