Uzoefu bila kufanya kazi?

    Nawashangaa waajiri wa Tanzania.Kimsingi hawana busara. Wanataka kuajiri watu wenye uzoefu bila kuwapa watu nafasi za kupata huo uzoefu.Tabu kubwa ni kua huu uchumi wa `kimachinga` unaendeshwa na mabepari `uchwara`.They can`t even make the most of the cheap labor that is easily availabe ie: University and college graduates. They do not have knowledge and creative ability of their own but instead are good at `copy and paste`.

    Mi nashangaa hata kupata internship ni tabu,vijana wanasota tuu.Hata mtu akitaka kuvolunteer hakuna nafasi.Hii nchi ina wajinga wengi sana. Watu wanajiita enterpreneurs lakini hawaoni hii fursa ya cheap labor-ni aibu.

    Paradox>fresh graduates watapata vipi experience bila kupewa nafasi za kufanya kazi? Baadhi ya taasisi kama `Barrick` wana graduates program and at least they are conscious of the need to give this young blood an opportuinity to gain experience.Wengine bure tuu

    I would like to share what life has taught me...

    Mkuu, ujamaa uliishaga zamani....

    Sasa every business compete and if the labor force is in demand (from the point of view of the employer) they will indeed find ways to recruit
    and even create more opportunities for internships. But always remember that business are not here to help us (read charity) but only to benefit the owners and their shareholders/waekezaji. This is their right. Therefore, unless the government has a scheme to build capacity for national interest, business will only create opportunities if it is profitable to them.

    Obviously, it is in the advantage of any business to hire the best (and at the cheapest rate!). Creating internships is one way of attracting talented workers. Why they are not doing it, is a good question. But may be the market is not competitive enough to force them to do so.

    Wewe mtafuta kazi unaweza pia kwenda kuomba internship (bila malipo) ili ikusaidie kujenga experience...mimi nilifanya hivyo niipokuwa unyamwezini (pale nyoko) ;)
