Ndugu zangu, kuna matapeli yamneibuka yanatapeli kweli kweli. Anatumia namba 0716494277 kutapeli. Anachofanya ni kukutajia jina la ndugu au rafiki yako wa karibu. Anasema yupo kwenye semina, hivyo muwasiliane kwa meseji tu. Napata wasiwasi mkubwa. Huenda hao matapeli wanashirikiana na wafanyakazi wa makampuni ya simu kupata taarifa za wenye namba mbalimbali. Huenda ndio wanakopata majina halisi. Hii ni hatari sana. Malengo ya kusajili namba za simu yamekuwa kinyume chake.

Msenyele vp? Mwitongo ametaja sababu ya kuuleta hapa ni kwa kuwa "watu wengi wanapita hapa" na hii ni dharura wanapaswa kuijua,sijui umemsoma?

Hili zoezi la kusajili simu kwa Tanzania bado halijawa na maana kabisa na ni kama walipoteza muda tu. Usajili wa simu ulitakiwa ufuatane na vitambulisho vya urai na makazi, leseni za magari na anuani za makazi. Bila kufanya vyote hivyo basi ni kazi bure tu. Mtu akitaka kusajili namba yake ya simu lazima aonyeshe kitambulisho chake cha urai ambaco ni electronic na kiwe na taarifa zote muhimu. Ndivyo wenzetu wanavyofanya na kufanikiwa.

Agalia nchi za wenzetu nyingine hata laini haziuzwi kama njugu, kununua simu ni rahisi kuliko kupata lini ya simu. Zipo baadhi ya nchi pia haziuzi kabisa laini za simu kama Japan. Ukitaka simu Japan unapewa na lini tayari na inakuwa imesajikliwa.

Sasa Tanzania mtu anakuwa na laini hadi tano, kwanza ni za nini zote hizo? kama siyo dalili ya utapeli.

Serikali yetu siku zote in mipango zimamoto. Ule ulikuwa ni mpago hwewa kama zilivyo TUME hewa zinazoundwa na Serikali. Hazina utekelezaji daima.
