    Nimekua na tatizo la kutokua na hamu ya kula chakula kwa miaka mingi. Mbali na ushauri wa kutumia dawa mbalimbali (za hospitali na za kienyeji) tatizo bado limeendelea!

    Kwa kuwa nina uwezo wa kula chakula kidogo (siwezi maliza vipande viwili vya mkate mdogo asubuhi), ninaleta ombi kwenu great thinkers kunishauri ni aina gani ya vyakula vyetu vya kitanzania ambavyo nikila kwa udogo (uwezo nilionao) vitanisaidia!

    Nzuri kwa afya na itakupa nguvu na wengine wanasema inasaidia kuongeza hamu ya kula.

    look for fruits, different kinds/colours, loads of greens, instead of white bread eat whole grain/brown bread, it is healthier and digested easily than white starch.

    tumia asali badala ya sukari popote penye uhitaji wa sukari,pia kunywa sana juice ya matunda fresh bila kuweka maji hata kidogo,mboga za majani na ugali wa dona kwa sana
