    Habari wanaJF,
    Mimi ni kijana nina miaka 22. Nimekumbwa na personal conflict na inanikosesha raha na wakati mwingine kujiona kama siwezi kuji control..

    Ni zaidi ya miaka mitatu (3) sasa, nimekua na mchezo wa kutumia sabuni kukidhi haja zangu za kimapenzi (puli). Naongea kwa maskitiko makubwa kwa maana nimeona hapa ni mahala pekee naweza kupata ushauri wa kutatua tatizo hili.

    Tokea nianze huu mchezo, nimekuwa nikifanya hivi zaidi ya mara 5 kwa wiki kwa kutumia sabuni kuridhisha haja zangu za mapenzi. Lakini hii inatokana na hali inayonikabiri hapa nilipo maana nchi za Uarabuni, hawaruhusu kabisa kuwagusa binti zao. Na kuondoka katika nchi hii kurudi nyumbani inaweza ikanichukua muda zaidi..

    Ninateseka jamani, naomba msaada wa jinsi ya kuacha kufanya mastaburtion, maana naona inaniathiri hata kisaikolojia but nimeshindwa kuacha. Kila ninapoingia kuoga, mara nyingi hujikuta naanza kuwaza mambo ya ngono na mpaka kufikia ku-masturbate.. Hisia zangu zimezidi, maamuzi yangu.     Kugundua kuwa una tatizo na kuanza kufikiria njia ya kuliondoa ni hatyua moja muhimu sana. Jiepushe kuwa idle muda mrefu na kuongelea mambo yanayohusu ngono all the time na vile vile fanya mazoezi uchoshe mwili wako yaani ukiingia rum kwako unawaza kulala tuu na sio kwenda bafuni kumalizia kanguvu kalikobaki kufanya hilo.
