    [FONT=&amp]Ndugu wanJF, mimi ni mmoja wa Watanzania wanaotumia usafiri wa daladala karibu kila siku. Lakini naona kama kero za usafiri huu zinaongezeka siku hadi siku. [/FONT] [FONT=&amp]

    1. Lugha chafu (matusi) kutoka kwa dereva au kondakta bila kujali kuwa ndani ya daladala kuna watu wa kila rika (watoto, watu wazima). Hawa jamaa wana midomo michafu na hata utadhani ni wenda wazimu na kwa bahati mbaya sana wana washirika wao (baadhi ya abiria) wanaochekelea matusi hayo na hata kushiriki kuanza kumshambulia abiria mwenzao anapinga matumizi ya lugha chafu.

    [/FONT] [FONT=&amp]2. Uchafu wa sare zao na hata uchafu wa daladala. Hawa jamaa wanavaa sare zao kama wahuni au wagonjwa wa akili. Sidhani kama wanapata muda wa kufua nguo zao au wao wenyewe wanajua kama ni wachafu au wahuni.[/FONT]

    [FONT=&amp]3. Kupanga abiria kama mizigo. Kwa kawaida, gari linachukua abiria kulingana na idadi ya viti vilivyomo na zile daladala kubwa zinaweza kuchukua abiria zaidi lakini siyo kama nitakavyoeleza hapa chini. Zamani kama kulikuwa ni kusimama ilikuwa ni mstari mmoja tu katikati; baadaye ikawa miwili na siku hizi kwa wale wanaosimama inabidi iwe mistari mitatu na kama haijatimia mitatu inasemekana gari bado liko tupu. [/FONT] [FONT=&amp]Naamini kama daladala inajaza abiria kulingana na idadi ya viti (au idadi iliyokubaliwa), mwenye gari atapata faida. Nasema hivi kwa vile kuna nchi kuna huduma kama hii na kulingana na sheria za nchi hizo gari halijazi abiria kama inavyofanyika hapa Tanzania. Mfano, sijaona hivi Afrika Kusini, Malawi, Zambia, Msumbiji, Kenya, Algeria na Misri (nchi ambazo nimewahi kutembelea hapa Afrika). Huwa najiuliza: je, ina maana nchi zote hizo wenye magari hawapati faida kwa vile hawajazi abiria kama ilivyo hapa kwetu na ni hapa tu gari linajaza abiria kama mihogo ndipo mwenye gari anapopata faida au ni tamaa ya hela?[/FONT]

    [FONT=&amp]4. Kwa vile madereva wamezoea kumwona traffic police ndipo wanavaa sare vizuri, punguza mwendo au wanatii alama za barabarani, kama traffic police hayupo inakuwa balaa. Jumapili kulikuwa hakuna traffic police kwenye traffic lights sehemu fulani jijini Dar es Salaam na ilikuwa balaa. Sehemu ambayo tungetumua dakika moja au 2 kupita ilibidi tupoteze zaidi ya dakika 20 maana kila dereva alipitaka apite yeye na mwisho wake hakuna aliyeweza kupita. Madereva hasa wa daladala hawaheshimu traffic lights - kama taa zinaonesha red - hakuna kusimama na mara nyingine dereva ambaye ana priority ya kupita ndiye inabidi asimame ili yule asiyeheshimu sheria apite. Ni kitu cha ajabu sana kufanya hivi baada ya miaka 50 ya uhuru![/FONT]

    [FONT=&amp]5. Baadhi ya daladala hazina hadhi ya kubeba abiria lakini bado zinaruhusiwa kufanya hivyo. Na madereva wana majigambo kweli kwamba hata wakikamatwa bosi wao anayamaliza na traffic polisi na kesho yake wanakuwa barabarani tena. Kitu kilichoniumiza siku moja ni kuskikia dereva wa daladala moja akiwaonesha baadhi ya abiri karibu naye gari ambalo liliua mwendesha pikipiki na abiria wake lakini mwenye gari kaenda kuongea na wakubwa na kesho ayke alikuwa barabarani tena! Yaani, tumefikia hapo![/FONT] [FONT=&amp]Je, tufanye nini?[/FONT]

    Ni kitu gani ambacho wewe unakiona kuwa kimekamilika hapa Tanzania? Ukija kwa wanasiasa ndio hawa akina kilaza Jk na wabunge waangua vilio wanapoona ubunge unaota mbawa. Michezo... barabara... usafi....ahaaaaaaa ni nchi ya matumbili hii

    Kweli kabisa, suluhisho ni kuwa na usafiri binafsi maana hizo kero zimekuwa sehemu ya maisha na ni kawaida kabisa!

    Sikubaliani nawe kabisa Kaka yangu Katavi! suluhisho ni kuhakikisha sheria na kanuni zimefatwa. Inamaana ukiona mtu kaachia haja kubwa mbele ya mlango wa mbele ya nyumba yako utaamua kuufunga na kutumia mlango wa nyuma? Au utazoa na kurudisha mazingira katika hali ya kawaida?
    Kumbuka sio kila mtu anao uwezo wa kununua gari. Hao wenye madaladala hawatoi huduma kwa bure, habiria wanalipa hivo ni lazima walalamike ikiwa hawajaridhika na huduma...

    Nakubaliana na wewe, lakini hao ambao wanatakiwa kuhakikisha sheria na kanuni zinafuatwa ndio kwanza wamelala. kulalamika hakusaidii inabidi tuchukue hatua!

    abiria nao wakulaumiwa, unaona gari imejaa pomoni konda anakuita nawe unakimbilea, tena mnaigombea unasimama mguu mmoja mlangoni....
    unategemea konda atawakataa? na abiria wabadilike. au unakuta mama amebeba mtoto mdogo gari imejaa hadi mlangoni anapanda kweli????? abiria mkikataa hali hii makondakta watabadilika. lakini tukifikiria tu uafiri mgumu usafiri mgumu upande uminyanye wenye mabasi watawapanga kama mafungu ya nyanya...

    Ni kweli. Lakini hebu angalia mazingira haya! Siku hizi ukipita Kariakoo jioni utakuta usafiri ni mgumu sana hasa kwa wale wanaoenda Mbagala. Magari hayaonekani! Ina maana kwa vile wanajaza abiria kama mihogo, wanafunga hesabu mapema na kupumzika na kuwaacha abiria kusota hadi saa 5 au sita hivi. Kuna siku ilibidi nichukue usafiri wa taxi kutoka Kariakoo hadi Mbagala. Lakini cha ajabu, baada ya kuona magari yaliyopangiwa Kariakoo-Mbagala hakuna, kuna magari mengine (including ya shule, ya makampuni, nk) yanaenda Kariakoo na kuchaji kila abiria anayetaka kwenda Mbagala 1,000/-, 1,500 hata 2,000/- na mara chache chache 500/-. Of course, huwa nasubiri haya magari lakini baadhi yake yanajaza kama kama yale ya 300/-.
