    Are unsigned affidavits curable? i.e if an adovocate forgets to sign the affidavit..can that error be cured under the law? authorities please.

    kwanza andika vizuri maana ukiingia kwenye hii field uwe au usiwe mwanasheria unatakiwa uandike kwa ufasaha bila kukurupuka. it is not curable, the best option is to withdraw and file the new one

    Unsigned affidavit is no affidavit at all,it is incumbered, bearing errors on its face,has got no legal force,it is good as nothing

    Aliyeweka post yuko sahihi,it is purely legal english unaposema eti mbwembwe cyo,mlishazoea kwenye jukwaa la udaku na utani hapa ni pengine,muwe mnasoma na kupita siyo kuacha comments za malalamiko,jukwaa hili la wenyewe
