    Kama nimenunua kiwanja na nahitaji kujenga, na ktk mipango miji yao eneo lile likawa limetengwa kwa ajili ya soko,ama hospital nk,na baada ya miaka kadhaa watu wakawa wamejenga wengi ktk eneo hilo,hv mbele ya safari serikali huwa inafanya amendment kwenye master plan yao ama ndo huwa wanaamua kuvunja tu? Wajuzi naombeni kujuwa hili jamani

    chances watabomoa tuu, maana nyie mmeingia baada ya mipango miji kutoa matumizi ya eneo husika. Kama wangewakuta nyie mkiwa hapo, hiyo ingekuwa hadithi tofauti.

    Inategemea na uongozi utakaokuwepo wakati huo, Wanaweza kubadilisha matumizi. Lakini sheria ziko wazi ukijenga au kuendeleza eneo ambalo tayari liko kwenye mpango mji ujue imekula kwako. kabla ya kunua eneo fanya utafiti wa kutosha .

Kwa maeneo ambayo hayakupimwa, nikijenga kesho nawea kupata madhara gani. mfano kuna ardhi nje ya mji wa Tanga ambapo ni makazi ya wenyeji, watu wanawanunua wenyeji na kuanza kujenga makazi ya "kisasa"-nyumba nzuri lakini hapajapimwa, madhara yake ni yapi kiserikali/kimipango miji

    mkuu kwanini upate shida na wataalamu wapo? nenda halmashauri ya jiji la tanga ,ulizia zilipo office za idara ya ardhi, waambie wakuonyeshe afisa ardhi wa jiji husika(ningekutajia hata jina na no. ya simu but noma), atakupokea kwa bashasha, kaa nae kitako mweleze eneo unalotaka kununua/kujenga,uliza kama lina master plan na general planning scheme tayari ama la, uliza matumizi yaliyoainishwa kwenye plan kama ipo tayari,kama haipo atakupa ushauri nini cha kufanya, acha kuzunguka humu wakati watendaji uko nao jirani . usifanye decision yoyote kabla ya kumwona afisa ardhi.ushauri na taarifa zote hizo ni bure wala usihofu kutolewa upepo, ukijisikia kumpa ya chai poa, usipompa pia sio kesi, hawana njaa hao kwani wanafwa na matajiri wa nchi hii!
