    Mara nyingi wanawake huwacheka sana wanaume ambao visamaki vyao ni vidogo sana kwa kuwatania kwamba hata ukikohoa tu wakati wapo sita kwa sita kanachomoka, wakati huohuo wanaume nao huwacheka wanawake ambao huko chini kwenye machimbo ya dhahabu kuna pwaya mno kiasi kwamba mwanaume akiingiza mpini hasikii kitu chochote yaani hakuna ule mgusano au msuguano unaoleta raha ya tendo la ndoa.

    nakubaliana na Pdidy..hili zoezi hata kwa wanaume wenye kibamia na wanawahi kucheka wakati wanaduu wakizingatia hilo zoezi linamaliza kabisa matatizo hayo mawili...ndani ya miezi mi2 kama ulikuwa na kibamia unajikuta una limhogo na unaweza kwenda mwendo mrefu bila kucheka mapema
