Wana Jf, mtakumbuka kuwa ni miaka sasa imepita tangu wakazi wa Kipawa wahamishwe na wakazi wa kipunguni kutakiwa kutoendeleza makazi yao wakisubiri kulipwa fidia na kuhama ili kupisha upanuzi wa JKNIA, kwa macho ya kawaida utagundua kuwa utekelezaji wa mradi huo uliokuwa umetajwa kufadhiriwa na serikali ya Uchina unasuasua. Kunatetesi kuwa mradi huo huenda hautatekelezwa sasa kwa sababu Uchina ulitegemea kupewa offer ya kuchimba madini ya Urani, hata hivyo marekani nayo ilikinga ubavu hivyo kuilazimisha kupewa offer ya kuchimba madini hayo muhimu. Mabadiliko haya yameifanya serikali ya Uchina isuse kutekeleza mradi wa ujenzi wa teminali ya tatu ya JKNIA. KAMA KUNA MWENYE FUNUNU ZINAZOFANANA NA AU HATA KUTOFAUTIANA NA FUNUNU HII ATUJUZE.
 
Ule mradi wa Terminal 3 ulikuwa ufanyike kwa utaratibu wa PPP na wajenzi wangeuendesha kwa muda lurejesha gharama zao. Lakini hapa katikati ilionekana mkandarasi alichaguliwa bila kufuata utaratibu kama sheria ya public procurement inavyotaka na tatizo kubwa lilihusu namna ambavyo financing ya mradi ilikuwa ifanyike.
Kama ulipita hivi karibuni utaona yale mabango ya Contractor yameondolewa na hii ilikuwa wakati wa kilele cha debate ya Bunge la April na wahusika walikuwa wanajaribu kufuta madudu yao.

Machakato umeanza upya wizarani na huenda kampuni ile ile wakapewa hiyo kazi baada ya kuhalalisha kupewa kwao hiyo kandarasi.

SERIKALI ya Uholanzi imeipatia Serikali ya Tanzania sh bilioni 275 kwa ajili ya uendelezaji wa kiwanja cha ndege cha Mwalimu Julius Nyerere, utakaoitwa Terminal III.
Hayo yalibainika jijini Dar es Salaam jana wakati wa hafla ya utilianaji saini mkataba uliofanyika kati ya mkurugenzi wa kampuni ya BAT International, Martin Bellamy, watakaojenga uwanja huo na Kaimu Mkurugenzi wa Mamlaka ya Viwanja vya Ndege (TAA), Suleman Suleman, na kushuhudiwa na Waziri wa Uchukuzi Dk. Harison Mwakyembe na Naibu wake Charles Tizeba.
Akizungumza baada ya utiaji saini huo, Dk. Mwakyembe, alitaka mchakato wa kumpata mhandisi mshauri uwe wa wazi na wa haki utakaomsaidia mkandarasi kukamilisha ujenzi huo kwa wakati.
Alionya kamwe hatopokea mradi wa viwanja vya ndege utakaokuwa chini ya viwango na utakaopitiliza muda wake wa kumalizwa kujengwa.
Dk. Mwakyembe pia alisema makandarasi wabababaishaji ambao wamekuwa wakija nchini kuchota fedha na kuondoka zao arobaini yao iko jikoni na kuongeza kwamba sasa watakuwa wakifunguliwa kesi za uhujumu uchumi.
Aliitaka TAA kuhakikisha katika kipindi chote cha utekelezaji wa mradi huo hakuna wizi wa vifaa wala ubadhirifu wa fedha.
Kaimu Mkurugenzi, Suleiman, alisema ujenzi huo utatakekelezwa ndani ya miaka mitatu kuanzia sasa na kukamilika kwake kutawezesha kuhudumia abiria milioni 4.7 kwa mwaka badala ya milioni 1.2 kama ilivyokuwa sasa.
Alisema licha ya kuboresha na kuongeza ufanisi katika kuhudumia abiria, pia uwanja huo utawezesha kutenganisha abiria wanaosafiri ndani ya nchi na abiria wanaosafiri nje ya ya nchi, kwani hivi sasa wanachanganywa sehemu moja na kusababisha kuwapo kwa msongamano wa watu.

Huwezi amini ndgu yangu serikali ya Kikwete ilivyo na vioja vya ajabu,kusaini mkataba wa ujenzi wa uwanja wizara nzima imeamia Uhollanzi akiwepo Kikwete, WAZIRI MWAKYEMBE,Naibu Dr.Tizeba, Katibu Mkuu, Chambo na wakurugenzi wengine.Ni aibu kwa utawala wa Kikwete, Kwani Katibu au ceo wa TAA au mmoja wa mawairi hao hawezi kuwakilsha mpaka ofisi ya umma kufungwa kwa kukosa viongozi wenye maamuzi?.
 
Muda wa kusuburi hakuna,wanaogopa kupigina mapanga katika mushiko hivyo bora wote kwenda kila mtu afe na chake,unajua siku zimebaki ngapi tufunge duka.
 
mbona nasikia wachina wamelala mbele na hata yale mabango yameondolewa, hakuna kinachojengwa pale. project imekufa?

Naona iatakuwa Design and Build contract, hapa inaelekea hakuna consultanat, Wizara (TAA) wenyewe ndio wasimamie matokeo yatategemea integrity ya hawa jamaa wa Bunnik wenyewe.

Hawa jamaa wako hapa Dar, ndio waliokuwa wakifanya rehabilitation ya run way hapo JNIA na vifaa vyao bado viko uwanjani. Si ajabu mipango Mchina kupewa kandarasi bila kufuata utaratibu ilikwama na matunda yake wameshinda zabuni.

BAM wins major design and build contract for Terminal 3 at Nyerere International Airport Dar es Salaam
Bunnik, the Netherlands, 19 April 2013

BAM International, the operating company of Royal BAM Group active outside Europe, has been awarded the contract to design and construct the new Terminal 3 complex including associated works at the Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Client is Tanzania Airports Authority. The contract value of phase 1 of the project amounts tomore than €130 million. BAM International will be executing the project in a joint venture with UK sister company BAM Nuttall. The Dutch sister company BAM Advies & Engineering is involved as one of the design-partners.

The new terminal is designed (together with NACO, Netherlands Airport Consultants) for the anticipated growth of international air traffic, leaving the existing international Terminal 2 to cater for domestic flights. Phase 1 of the scope of work comprises the construction of the main terminal building - facilitating 3.5 million annual passengers - including parking lots, access roads, platforms, and a taxiway. The second phase will then provide further capacity to facilitate 6 million annual passengers. The design of the roof is inspired on the traditional sailing boats that can be found at the Dar es Salaam coast.


In 2010 BAM International completed phase 2 of the renovation of the Airport's infrastructure, comprising the rehabilitation of all taxiways and the air ground lighting. Phase 1, completed in 2006 by BAM International, involved the rehabilitation of the main runway and the upgrading of the terminal 2 apron.

BAM has been involved in the construction, extension or renovation of many airports, including Schiphol and Eindhoven in the Netherlands, Terminal 2 Munich and Berlin Brandenburg in Germany, Zaventem and Charlerois in Belgium, Cork in Ireland, Bristol, Newcastle and East Midlands in the United Kingdom, Harare in Zimbabwe and Sheikh Rashid terminal in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Exterior design imebadilika kidogo, wanasema itoe sura ya boti zinazopatikana pwani ya Dar. Ile ya kwanza ya wachina wa Mgosi Mh. Nundu ilikuwa inatoa picha ya Tanzanite, nadhani architecturally ilipendeza zaidi.

Airport toka Uhuru ipo hivyo hivyo yaani aibu tupu!! ukienda kumpogea mgeni pale kama anatoka nje unakuwa mdogo kama Piritoni!
