je mtu ukiwa unakunywa zaidi ya lita 3 kwa siki ni kosa?
mimi huwa napata bia 3 kila siku jioni. asubuhi huwa naanza na lita 2 za maji ya vuguvugu baada ya kutoka jogging, then nikiwa ofisini ni mwendo wa lita 2-3 tena mpaka saa kumi.

ni kosa kwa hakika. hupaswi kuzidisha lita 3.78 ndani ya masaa 24, unasema unakunywa lita 2 ausubuhi tu, hupaswi kunywa maji mengi kwa wakati mmoja, na huo wakati mmoja hayapaswi yafikie lita 1. hii ndiyo sababu bado unakunywa bia 3, ukinywa maji kwa ushihi kama nilivyosema hapo juu, hautazihitaji bia. ukisha kunywa maji huwa unachukuwa muda gani tangu unywe mpaka unapopata mkojo?

Binafsi, naamka alfajiri saa kumi na nusu, hapo nakuwa nalala na Thermos yenye ujazo wa lita moja ya maji ya uvuguvugu. natumia kama dakika ishirini kuyamaliza, na huyanywa kabla ya kupiga mswaki, baada ya nusu saa, huanza kuona matokeo kama si haja ndogo basi haja kubwa laini lazima nipate, na baada ya dakika kadhaa kama ishirini nyingine huendelea na kupata haja ndogo mpaka ifikapo saa mbili na nusu huwa nshamaliza zoezi la kutoa maji nilioyanwa alfajiri.
