    Nimekuwa adicted to coffee,nina mwezi mmoja tangu nianze kunywa kahawa seriously sijaona tatizo lolote,je inaweza kuniletea madhara yoyote hapo baadae?

    Mimi nakunywa kahawa kwa zaidi ya miaka 30 sasa na ni heavy drinker (kwa standard yetu) nakuambia kwa standard yetu kwa kuwa nimetembea nchi za magharibi na huko siwafikii unywaji wao wa kahawa hata nusu.

    kazabutivutasox title yako inasema unyaji wa kahawa.... hoja yako ni kahawa unayoinya baada ya kunywa kahawa au vipi?? sijawahi sikia mtu anakunya kahawa, bali hunya kinyesi
    kama kweli unakunya kahawa, then lazima umuone daktari maana inawezekana una issue na digestion system aisee

    Kahawa ni nzuri sana kwani ina msaada mkubwa sana kwenye kulainisha damu na kuufanya mwili kutochoka haraka. Kama unafanya kazi kwa muda mrefu unashauriwa uwe unakunywa kahawa. Wenzetu wa magharibi kama alivyosema FF inawasaidia sana!

    Mimi nina tatizo jingine kuhusiana na kahawa! Wengi (tangu niko shule-boarding) ninawasikia wakisema......wakinywa (siyo WAKINYA) kahawa, huwapotezea usingizi, kwangu mimi hunitokea kinyume. Yaani nikinywa kahawa huwezi kuamini, huwa nalala fofofo!! Je, kuna sababu yoyote hapo? Au ambao hawapati usingizi ndiyo wenye matatizo??

    Mbali na faida kemkem tunazozijua zinazopatikana kwenye kahawa, utafiti mpya umesema kwamba kunywa kikombe kimoja tu cha kahawa kwa siku kunapunguza hatari ya kupatwa na mshituko wa moyo. Utafiti huo uliotolewa katika Kongamano la Jumuiya ya Mshituko wa Moyo la Kimataifa nchini Marekani, umeeleza kwamba kunywa kikombe kimoja cha kahawa ya

    kawaida na isiyokuwa na kafeini kila siku huzuia kupatwa na mshituko wa moyo kwa asilimia 30. Hata hivyo wataalamu wameonya kuwa kutumia sana kinywaji hicho matokeo yake huweza kuwa kinyume.
    Tafiti za huko nyuma pia zilionyesha kuwa, kunywa kila siku kahawa kunaweza kumzuia mtu asipate kisukari aina ya pili na ugonjwa wa akili.

    Mpenzi mdau baada ya kufahamu hayo, nimeonea nichukue fursa hii kuelezea baadhi ya faida za kahawa. Mbali ya kawaha kuwa kinywaji murua ambacho kinaweza kukufanya uchangamke asubuhi baada ya kuamka, au kwa wale kina yakhe wanaopenda kuburudika kwa kunywa kahawa kwa kashata vijiweni au kando ya barabara huku wakipiga gumzo, kinywaji hicho kina faida kemkem kiafya

    1. Wataalamu wa Chuo Kikuu cha Tiba cha Harvard cha Marekani wamegundua kuwa kunywa kahawa kunazuia kupatwa na ugonjwa wa kibofu nyongo (gall bladder) au kuzuia mawe katika nyongo (gall stones).

    2. Kahawa inazuia kupatwa na ugonjwa wa Alzheimer au kusahau hasa uzeeni.

    3. Kahawa ina anti-oxidants ambazo hupambana na seli ambaya zinazosabisha saratani.

    4. Kahawa hulichangamsha tumbo na kulifanya lifanye kazi vyema na kuzuia matatizo ya kukosa choo. (Bowel stimulant and a laxative).

    5. Kahawa huongeza uwezo wa ufahamu wa akili.

    6. Kahawa huuzuia ugonjwa wa figo.

    7. Na kahawa pia huzuia ugonjwa wa uvimbe wa viungo hasa vikononi na miguuni au gout.
    Lakini wataalamu wanatutahadharisha kwamba ingawa kunywa kahawa kuna faida nyingi kama tulivyoona hapo juu lakini haifai kunywa kahawa kwa wingi kila siku. Kwani kila kitu kinachotumiwa sana badala ya kuwa na faida kinaweza kutuletea madhara.

    Si vibaya kujua kwamba mmema wa kahawa ambayo ni maarufu uliwenguni kote uligunduliwa mara ya kwanza katika nchi za Yemen, Saudi Arabia na kaskazini mashariki mwa Ethiopia na kwa mara ya kwanza zao hilo lilikuwa likilimwa na kutumiwa sana katika nchi za Kiarabu.

    Kahawa ndugu not bad!! But Anything too much is too good for Nothing!! ;-) can you feel me!! mimi nabeba mabox kama wadau wanavyotuita! nakata chupa nyingi tu kwa siku to keep me going!
    Matokeo yake siku ikianza na nikikosa kahawa asubuhi nakuwa mambo mengine yote nayapa second priority!! na kuna watu huwa hawapati usingizi wakinywa kahawa muda mfupi kabla ya kulala, mimi nakata my last cup before brushing njinos!! na nalala usingizi wa mbogo sina matatizo!!
    Kahawa nyingi sio nzuri kwa sababu kahawa ina coffein na hiii inaufanya mwili una dehidrate, kwahiyo katika unywaji wako wa kahawa jaribu kuuambatanisha na unywaji wako wa maji!!! sina matatizo ya aina yoyote ukiachana na yale ya kwamba ni lazima nipate angalau nusu kikombe before i step out!! Its somehow strange though!! nikiwa uswahilini home kwetu kule charamwengo, asubuhi nikiamka kitu cha mwanzo sio kahawa ila vitumbua vya mama Mzazi uani lazima niwe muonjaji, na badala ya kahawa huwa natengeneza chai ile ya pwani. naweza kaa wiki nzima bila kahawa.Mwezi mmoja kwa kunywa kahawa you are not yet addicted but you made it a habit perhaps!! I did it for 7years now and yet i cant call me addicted when im home, but here where its cold and working pressure is higher than high, I am addicted. (to be precised on a free day -saturday/sunday 7chupa each with 6cups in it!!) and i still daught if i cant kill more.

    miaka michache tu iliyopita hii ya 2000 na kitu wakati nasoma kidato cha tatu katika somo la biolojia katika mada ya 'drug and drug abuse', mwalimu wangu wa biolojia alinifundisha kuwa kafeina (kitu kinachopatikana katika kahawa) ni madawa ya kulevya kundi la 'stimulants'. kahawa ni madawa ya kulevya. sijui kama wamebadili mtaala kwamba kidato cha tatu wa siku hizi hawafundishwi mada hii.

    kahawa ina sifa nyingine ya kuwa ni kikojoshi (diuretic properties), yaani kahawa huulazimisha mwili kutengeneza mkojo, hilo siyo tatizo, tatizo ni kuwa yenyewe hufanya mara 2 zaidi, yaani kama umekunywa kikombe 1 cha kahawa, basi muda si mrefu utaenda kukojoa vikombe 2, kimoja ulichokunywa na kingine kimelazimishwa toka mwilini mwako!, kwahiyo kahawa hulazimisha matumizi yasiyo halali ya maji ya mwili, KUMBUKA MAJI NI UHAI.

    Ili kujikinga na kansa nyingi, tunashauriwa kula na kunywa vinywaji vyenye alkalini zaidi na asidi kidogo ili kuufanya mwili ubaki katika 7.4 katika kipimo cha PH (pontential hydrogen), bali kahawa yenyewe ni asidi tupu hivyo unywaji wa kahawa wa mara nyingi hukuandalia daraja la kupata kansa fulani hapo baadaye.

    kwa sababu kahawa ni dawa ya kulevya, basi hufanya kazi pia katika ubongo, inasemwa kuwa ni mojawapo ya visababishi vya ugonjwa wa kupoteza kumbukumbu, kahawa si kinywaji ambacho watoto au wanafunzi wanashauriwa kukitumia.

    kahawa husababisha kansa ya kibofu cha mkojo, kushuka damu, mauzauza, shinikizo la damu na orodha inaendelea. kama unaona unaweza kunywa kikombe 1 tu, basi kunywa lakini ujuwe hayo ni madawa ya kulevya, watumiaji wa madawa ya kulevya wanasema ukianza 1 basi itafuatia 2, baadaye 3 na mwisho unakuwa TEJA.     hebu shtuka mkuu, kitu umeanza juzi juzi tu na sasa umekuwa addicted, itafikia kipindi mwili wako utakuwa tegemezi kwa kahawa, yaani utashindwa kufanya mambo fulani fulani bila kunywa kahawa.
    Ni sawa tu na bangi au madawa ya kulevya.
