    Waweza kucheki viwango na taratibu za mishahara ya hizi taasisi za kimataifa ili wa TZ tusijiumize wenyewe kwenye Interview kwa kutaja viwango vya Chini au Juu sana vya mishahara.

    Mkuu hivyo viwango kwa ufahamu wangu mdogo ni kwa wale wanaoajiriwa at international level. Viwango vinavyotumika hapa kwetu sio hivyo. Viwango vinavyotumika hapa kwetu vinawekwa na UNDP baada ya kufanya salary survey kwa kutembelea local entities zinazolipa vizuri. Vile vile kutaja kiasi kidogo au kikubwa kwenye interview akuzuii mtu kupewa kazi kwani mara zote UN wakitangaza kazi wanaweka wazi viwango vya mishahara ambavyo watamlipa successful candidate. Hivyo hata ukisema kidogo, hawawezi kurudi nyuma na kupunguza kiasi ambacho waliishakitangaza au ukisema nyingi hawawezi kulipa zaidi ya kile walichokitangaza.

    Kama ulikuwa umelenga kutujuvya juu ya internationally recruited staff salary scales, then tunashukuru sana.

    Labda ufafanue vizuri tiba. mimi nadhani labda kwa kiswahili rahisi, tutue residents and no-residents. kama raia wa tanzania anajiriwa na un na kituo chake cha kazi kikawa hapa tz basi nadhani atalipwa kwa local rates (according to tiba?). ila kama si raia wa tz na kituo chake cha kazi kiko tz atalipwa kwa intl rate. vivyo hivyo mtz akiajiriwa na un na kituo chake cha kazi kikawa nje ya tz basi atalipwa kwa intl rate. i stand to be corrected mkuu
