    watu wengi wamekuwa wakitaka kuagiza magari kwa njia ya mtandao. ni njia rahisi na inayosave muda na gharama nyingine kama nauli nk na unapata gari kwa bei poa. mimi ni miongoni mwa wanaoleta magari kwa njia hiyo na nigependa niwape points muhimu ambazo zitawasaidia wale wanaotaka kuleta magari kwa njia hiyo.

    WAKATI WA KUNUNUA
    1. makampuni mengi siku hizi yanaweka picha za magari lakini magari hayo hayapo katika stock yao.
    2. unaweza kulipia gari kisha ukaambiwa gari hilo limenunuliwa na mtu mwingine kwa hiyo wanakuletea gari linalofanana na lile. wanaweza wakakupa kwa bei ile ile, au kwa bei ndogo na wakakurudishia chenji au wakakwambia uongeze pesa zingine.
    3. unaweza ukatuma pesa na huyo ulomtumia akaingia mitini. yaani ukaibiwa usipate chochote na hata ukimfuatilia unaweza kupoteza muda tu. mfano katika trdcarview kuna makampuni yamewekwa kwenye blacklist kwa makosa tofauti.


    GARI KWENYE MELI.

    Kwa sala la vitu kuchomolewa bandarini, kuna mtu anayefanya kazi kwa C&F agent flani aliniambia kwamba una haki ya kuwadai bandari. Jamaa anadai usi-sign kuipokea gari kabla ya kuifanyia uchunguzi na kuahakikisha kila likichoko kwenye BOL kipo.     hiyo BOL umemaanisha Bill OF lading? kama ni hiyo huwa hawaandiki options za gari zaidi ya chasisi no na mwaka tu. hata ukisema ubishane bandarini kwa kuibiwa dvd player ya laki 1 lakini ikasababisha ujiongezee storage huoni utakuwa unapoteza muda bure bila ya kupata chochote.
    pia inawezekana kabisa kwa watu wawili kuleta gari sawasawa ila mkalipia ushuru tofauti. hayo yalinikuta mie mwenyewe nilinunua toyota raum 2 zote za mwaka 2000 ila moja walinipiga ushuru 1.7ml na nyingine walinipiga 2.2ml.

    Hii imetulia mkuu. Nadhani ungeongezea mchakato wa ku calculate makato yote ya TRA - kama Dumping Fee, Import Duty, Exercise Duty, VAT etc. Hope Itakuwa reference nzuri hapa JF.

    Pia, tungetengeneza listing ya online sites zote ambazo can be considered SAFE kutokana na uzoefu wa watu tofauti.

    Kwa sehemu nakubaliana na maelezo ya kuagiza gari kwa njia ya mtandao kuwa ni gharama nafuu lakini kuna hasara zake. Waswahili wanasema rahisi ghali!!

    Nilipata uzoefu mwaka 2005 baada ya kuagiza gari toka Japan kwa kupitia agent mmoja hapo Dar kwa makubaliano kwamba gari langu nitalipata baada ya mwezi mmoja kwa gharama ya 2,500 USD wenyewe wanaita CIF(Cost Including Freight).

    Aina ya gari niliyotaka ilikuwa ni Mark II Baloon mettalic Blue, Manual Transmission,Petrol Engine,4 doors, PW na iwe ni 4 cylinders. Baada ya jamaa kumlipa ile pesa ilichukua miezi 2 mpaka gari hiyo kufika Bandari ya Dsm. Kama hiyo haitoshi tulivoenda kuikagua ile gari kwa ajili ya Clearence ilikuwa haina vigezo karibu vote nilivyotaka!

    Kweli ilikuwa ni Baloon metallic Blue safi inawaka. Lakini ikawa ni Automatic Transmission, Diesel engine na kibaya zaidi ikawa ni 6 cylinders. Kidogo nishawishike kuikubali lakini nikaona itanisumbua baadaye.Pale pale Agent nikamwambia hiyo haikuwa gari niliyokuwa nimeagiza. Na kwa vile nilikuwa nimesubiri kwa miezi 2 nikamwambia sina muda wa kuendelea kusubiri gari tena bora arudishe hela yangu nitafute gari sehemu nyingine.

    Unajua aliniambiaje? Nisubiri mpaka gari hiyo ipate mnunuzi ndipo arudishe hela yangu! Aliniambia nimpe 1 week ya kufanya logistics za kuindoa bandarini na kutafuta soko. Believe me it took me another 1 month ya kusubiri mpaka nikaamua kuwatumia polisi ili kumshinikiza jamaa aweze ku-refund pesa yangu. Hata hivyo jamaa alikubali mbele ya polisi na akaanza kunilipa kidogo kidogo mara leo milioni 1, kesho laki 5, mara laki 3 mpaka nikawa bored stiff.Hiyo nayo ilichukua kama mwezi na zaidi. Kwa hiyo jumla ya muda wote ikawa kama miezi 4 na zaidi.

    Uamuzi niliochukua baada ya hapo ilikuwa kwenda kwenye show room za Bongo nikachagua gari niliyotaka nikalipa hela yangu na kuondoka na mashine. Niliona kuagiza gari toka Japan au Arabuni ni upuuzi na kupoteza muda.

    Conclusion yangu ni kuwa,be careful na hawa watu wanaojifanya ni agents wa kuagiza magari au kukuletea gari baada ya kui-pick kwenye mtandao mara nyingi ni matapeli na wababaishaji. Kuna jamaa zangu wengi wamewahi kulizwa kwa mtindo huu wa kumtumia mtu akuletee gari. Kuna rafiki yangu aliletewa gari ikiwa ina chemsha kama unapika maharagwe na kwenye mtandao ilikuwa inaonekana bomba na bandari ilipofika ni exactly kama ilivokuwa inaonekana kweny mtandao,lakini inachemsha!!

    Kwa hiyo jamaani be careful. Kama una hela yako ni afadhali ukanunue gari yako kwenye show room zetu za Bongo unaweza kupata gari nzuri tu na ukaepuka usumbufu na gharama za kipuuzi zisizo za lazima.

    Inaelekea wewe si mtaalam sasa katika ili CIF sio COST INCLUDING FREIGHT bali ni COST INSURANCE FREIGHT- umenipata nipo katika fani hii zaidi ya miaka 12.
