    Mwili wako uliumbwa kwa ajili ya kufanya kazi (manual labour) kama vile kusukuma, kuvuta, kubeba, kutembea, kuruka, kuimba, kucheza, kusakata rhumba, kuinama, kuinuka, kukimbia, kukusanya, kupanda (climb) kuwinda nk.


    Tunapofanya kazi yoyote kimwili ubongo huweza kutoa aina za kemikali (endocrines) ambazo hutuwezesha kuji-balance na kutupa hisia za kuwa well being.


    Unajua kuna watu wabishi inawezekana na wewe msomaji ni mmoja wao, hivi ni lini umefanya zoezi? na kwa nini hufanyi mazoezi?


    Huku unajiuliza mbona mwili unanilemea, mbona sijisikii vizuri, mbona stress kila siku? wakati mwingine tunawasumbua madaktari bure kumbe dawa zipo ni wewe kufanya mazoezi.


    Ni kweli kufanya mazoezi kutakufanya ujisikia vizuri na lazima ufanye hivyo kwa faida yako, hata hivyo wengi wetu hutumia muda mwingi kufanya kazi ambazo tunakuwa tumekaa tu kwenye kiti kwa muda mrefu bila kuufanyisha kazi mwili na ikifika weekend unashinda unatazama Tv full speed bila kujishughulisha na manual work.


    Pia ukitoka ofisi unaingia kwenye gari hadi nyumbani kama unaishi maisha ya aina hii lazima ufanye mazoezi otherwise unaweza kuharibu afya yako, kitaalamu mazoezi mara mbili kwa wiki muhimu.


    Kufanya mazoezi husaidia kupunguza uzito, kuondoa nyama zembe mwilini, kupunguza mafuta (fat), kubalance blood pressure, pia kisukari.


    Kufanya mazoezi (siyo magumu)hukuwezesha wakati wa kulala kuweza kufumba macho haraka na kuingia nchi ya ahadi ya usingizi haraka.
    Mazoezi huongeza mental skills.


    Ukiwa na afya yenye mgogoro maana yake hata mambo ya sita ka sita yataleta mgogoro hivyo basi fanya mazoezi ili uwe na afya njema na ukiwa na afaya njema maana yake better sex life.


    Mwanamke ambaye misuli ya kegel imejikaza anakuwa na wakati mzuri linapokuja suala la sex kuliko Yule ambaye misuli imelegea na huweza kuwa na misuli iliyokaza kama hufanyi mazoezi, unataka kushinda bahati nasibu wakati hukucheza, thubutu!


    Na mwanaume ambaye anafanya mazoezi ni hivyo hivyo atampeperusha kipepeo hadi anapotakiwa kufika.


    Fanya mazoezi kwa ajili ya kuweka sawa ubongo pia kujiweka social na wengine.

    You are right,yaani mtu asiyefanya mazoezi jamani huwa mpaka namuonea huruma,try and feel it,ni ngumu mwanzoni kwani lazima kuna kuumwa misuli ambapo ni kitu cha kawaida sana na baada ya muda mfupi maumivu yote huisha na hutajutia kabisa kuwa mwana mazoezi.

    Mimi namshauri afanye mazoezi kwa sababu yana umhimu sana si tu kwa ajili ya afya yake bali pia yamtamsaidia kujilinda mwenyewe hasa na wale waheshimiwa wanaopenda kufunua sketi za wadada bila ridhaa yao.

    Mkuu umenena. Mimi ni shuhuda wa mazoezi. Nilikuwa na kilo zaidi ya 90, nikaanza kufanya mazoezi January hadi sasa nina kilo 76. Aisee ni mwepesi kwa kila jambo.Mazoezi yanaondoa maradhi,stress na unakuwa feet kweli kweli.
