    Baada ya utambulisho wa umuhimu na faida ya kula matunda na mboga kwani kila mboga na kila tunda vina nafasi tofauti ya kujenga na kulinda mwili. Watoto wengi wanasumbua sana kwenye kula hasa mboga majani asilimia kubwa sio wapenzi angalu upande wa matunda watoto wengi hupenda matunda lakini kwa kuchagua sio matunda yote watapenda kula tabia hii hujitokeza kwa kila mtoto hakuna aliekamilika nakumbuka hata mimi nilipokua mtoto nilikua nasumbua sana kula kiasi ikapelekea kua na afya dhaifu wakati wa kukua kwangu mpaka nilipobadili tabia na kuanza kula bila ya kufatiliwa.

    Unaweza badilisha tabia ya mtoto wako au mtu yeyote unaeishi nae nyumba moja asiyependa kula mboga majani au matunda kwa kubadilisha muonekano wa chakula hicho au tunda hilo kwa kulinakshi kwa mtindo wowote ule ilimradi kionekane kitu tofauti na kinachovutia hii itakua njia rahisi sana kumvutia mtoto au mkubwa chakula kizuri au upambaji wa chakula sio mpaka hotelini hata nyumbani unaweza fanya sanaa hii na wala haiitaji muda mrefu wa maandalizi muonekano bora wa chakula hutia hamasa kwa mlaji leo tutaangalia utengenezaji wa salad na kuipamba na uandaaji wa mboga ktk muonekano wa kuvutia upande wa kuchonga matunda tutaangalia wakati ujao fata maelezo jinsi ya kutengeneza salad yenye mchanganyiko wa mboga mboga hapo chini.

    Hili ni jokofu la kutunzia mchanganyiko wa mboga katika nyuzi joto 4 hadi 5 tu kwa hali ya usalama sana kwa manufaa na afya ya mlaji tukianzia juu kushoto ni mahindi mabichi ya njano kabla huifadhiwa katika kopo tayari kwa matumizi, karoti iliyokwaruzwa, Lime stone lettuce, chicory, Radish iliyokwaruzwa, zucchin iliyokwaruzwa, rollo nyekundu, rollo ya kijani, matango yaliyokatwa, celeriac salad, curly endive, chicory nyekundu.

    Katika sahani yako anza kupanga mboga ambazo zimekatwakatwa ambazo ni karoti, matango, mahindi machanga ya njano, celeriac salad na radish nyeupe



    Chota kidogo kidogo kila moja panga kwa mtindo wa duara nusu sahani tu kama mduara wa nusu mwezi kati kati acha nafasi kiasi.



    Baada ya hapo chukua jani la salad moja moja toka kila aina ya salad pagange sambamba majani hayo kisha zungusha yabane kama unataka kuyafunga kamba kisha kata kiasi upande wa chini utakua umepata kitako safi utakua umetengeneza kama uwa rozi.



    Kisha liweke juu ya zile mboga mboga pembei yake kata kipande cha tikiti maji rangi yeyote ile kama ni la kijani, jekundu au rangi ya chungwa pamba kama invyoonekana katika picha.



    Kisha kata slice nyembamba ya chungwa katikati yake weka tunda lolote dogo la mviringo kama zabibu au strawbery chomeka toothpick ili ishikilie chungwa juu ya tikiti maji.



    Salad hii unaweza mwagia dresing yeyote ile mfano italian dressing, french dressing au siki na chumvi inatosha salad hii unaweza kula na kipande cha kuku, samaki wakuchemsha au wa kukaanga na unakua umekula mlo safi kabisa bila stach kwa watu wanaofanya dayati hapa ni mahala pake mvuto na muonekano wa sahani utamfanya mlaji avutie hata kama si mpenzi wa mboga na matunda.

    Hili ni jokofu la kutunzia mchanganyiko wa mboga katika nyuzi joto 4 hadi 5 tu kwa hali ya usafi sana kwa manufaa na afya ya mlaji tukianzia juu kushoto ni nanasi iliyopikwa katika sukari, embe mafuta, cappers, vitunguu vidogo vya kopo, chopped chives, chopped onion, olives nyeusi, asparagus, matango machanga yaliyosindikwa, olives zakijani, Nyanya

    Baada ya hapo chukua jani la salad moja moja toka kila aina ya salad pagange sambamba majani hayo kisha zungusha yabane kama unataka kuyafunga kamba kisha kata kiasi upande wa chi utakua umepata kitako safi utakua umetengeneza kama uwa rozi.



    Kisha liweke pembeni ya zile mboga mboga katikati ya sahani unaweza weka mchanganyiko wowote ule wa nyama ya kuku, ngo'mbe, samaki au sausage iliyochemshwa ikapoa.



    Kata saizi ya kuweza kuingia mdomoni kisha changanya na vitunguu vilivyochopiwa safi pamoja chives.



    Mchanganyiko huo unaweza malizia na chaguo lako la dresing yeyote uipendayo kisha unamwagia kati kati ya sahani mwisho kata nyanya kipande weka pamoja na tango dogo la kopo na olive moja ya kijani na moja nyeusi kwa kupamba salad yako.

    Kwa upande wa mlo kamili baada ya kupika chakula chako kikaiva kama ni ugali au wali



    Chemsha njegere zisiive sana



    Kisha kata vitunguu vidogo sana kaanga katika siagi dakika 1 tu



    Kisha weka hizo njegere zilizoiva katika sufuria kwa dk 2 usiasahau chumvi kisha zitoe



    Chukua nyanya nzuri ngumu iliyokwisha iva kata nusu pia kata kidogo katika kitako ili iweze kukaa katika sahaki



    Kisha toa mbegu zote katikati ya nyanya tumia kijiko kuchota na jaza zile njegere kwanye nyanya



    Kisha save nyanya hiyo yenye njegere kama mboga majani itakayo ambatana na chakula chako kama ni cha mchana au cha usiku.



    Muonekano na mchanganyiko wa rangi inakua kivutio kizuri sana kwa mtu asiependa kula mboga majani.

    Sasa hapa ndio utawakamata kweli kweli wasiopenda kula mboga za majani,



    Chukua maharage mabichi yachemshe kiasi yasiive sana yabaki na rangi yake nzuri ya kijani



    Kisha unachukua bacon slice zipo aina mbili zipo bacon za nguruwe na bacon za ng'ombe chaguo ni lako mlaji.



    Kisha chukua maharage hesabu kumi na tano kisha zungushia bacon katika maharage hayo weka katika ubao wa kukatia kata ncha za mwisho ili kuweka usawa na muonekano mzuri zaidi.



    Ukishamaliza weka kikaango kwenye jiko la moto wa wastani tu weka mafuta kiasi katika kikaango yakishapata moto weka maharage yaliyozungushiwa bacon kaanga kiasi tu ili ile bacona ikauke.



    Kisha toa tayari kwa chakula pia sevu kama mboga majani itakayo ambatana na chakula chako kama ni cha mchana au cha usiku. Muonekano na mchanganyiko wa rangi inakua kivutio kizuri sana kwa mtu asiependa kula mboga majani.

    APRICOTS


    Also known botanically as Prunus armeniaca,or "Armenian plum", this well-known fruit is native to the Asian regions of Himalaya, China, Armenia and is currently grown in several regions with climates ranging from sub-tropical to temperate and mediterranean.

    Apricot trees are very prolific: they can reach 12-15 feet in height and yield fruit for up to 20-25 years.These trees grow with ovate leaves, about 5-10 cm in diameter and length, with a pointy tip.Flowers have light pink petals, and only reach a size of about 3-4 cm. Apricot trees produce a fruit similar to peaches, with a yellow, pale color that becomes deep orange when ripe, and it often becomes red on the region most exposed to sunlight.     Kwetu kuna mantonga, mbula (wachaga mnisamehe), ntarali, mabungo etc!

    Kwa mboga tuna mlenda, majani ya kunde, mnafu, tembele n.k

    Tungejua nutrion values za hivo vitu ambavyo ni endemic kwa maeneo yetu tungeweza kupromote; kuliko kutegemea bidhaa za nje ambazo zapatikana masupermarket tu!
