Umhimu wa mazoezi kwa afya bora

    Moja ya mahitaji matano (5) mhimu ili kuishi baada ya oksijeni, maji, chumvi, na potasiamu; ni Mazoezi. Mazoezi ni mhimu kwa ajili ya afya zaidi ya kuwa na maumbile ya kuvutia (sex body), burudani au kitu kingine chochote.


    Watu wengi hufuatilia kuhusu chakula tu, hata kama utakula vizuri vipi bila mazoezi mlo haujakamilika, kwa hiyo mazoezi ni muhimu kwa yeyote kama ilivyo kwa maji au chakula.
    Zifuatazo ni moja ya sababu mhimu za kufanya mazoezi kwa afya bora na maisha marefu bila maumivu:


    1. Mazoezi yanasaidia kutanua mifumo ya mishipa ya damu ndani ya tishu za mishipa na hivyo kuzuia shinikizo la juu la damu (hypertension).


    2. Mazoezi yanatengeneza mishipa mingi, hivyo kuzuia mishipa kutumika kama chanzo cha nishati.


    Mazoezi yanasisimua kazi za vimeng'enya (enzymes) katika kuchoma mafuta ili kuzarisha nguvu kama mahitaji ya kudumu ya shughuri za mishipa.


    3. Unapofanya mazoezi, unabadili chanzo cha nguvu kwa matumizi ya mishipa toka kutumia nguvu itokanayo na sukari na kutumia nguvu inayotokana na mafuta inayojihifadhi yenyewe kwenye mishipa hivyo kuepukana na unene na uzito kupita kiasi.



    4. Mazoezi yanafanya uunguzwaji wa mishipa kama nguvu ya ziada toka kwenye asidi amino ambazo pengine zingefikia usawa wa kuwa sumu. Asidi amino zinapokuwa zaidi ya usawa wake wa kawaida kama matokeo ya kutofanya mazoezi, baadhi ya asidi amino zinaweza sababisha uharibifu mkubwa na kuzimaliza baadhi ya asidi amino mhimu. Baadhi ya hizi asidi amino mhimu zilizomalizwa, zinahitajika daima na ubongo ili kuzarisha transmita nyurolojia zake, ndiyo maana mazoezi huongeza akili.


    Mishipa bila mazoezi inapotea, matokeo yake sehemu ya akiba ya madini ya zinki na vitamini B6 pia inapotea. kufikia kiwango fulani cha upotevu huo, kutapelekea matatizo ya akili na kuvurugika kwa saikolojia.


    5.Mazoezi yanapunguza damu yenye sukari kwa wenye kisukari na hivyo kupunguza mahitaji yao ya insulini na matumizi ya dawa.



    6. Mazoezi yanalilazimisha Ini kuzarisha sukari toka mafuta ambayo linayahifadhi au toka mafuta yaliyomo katika mzunguko wa damu.



    7. Mazoezi yanasababisha urahisi wa kukunjana kwa makutano ya mifupa (joints).
    Mishipa ya miguu inafanya kazi kama moyo wa pili!, Inapokunjana na kulegea wakati tunatembea, miguu inahimili nguvu ya mvutano. Inaisukuma kwenda mfumo wa vena damu iliyokuwa imepelekwa miguuni. Sababu ya shinikizo lake na mwelekeo mmoja wa plagi, damu ya miguuni kwenye vena inasukumwa juu dhidi ya nguvu ya mvutano kutokana na kukunjana kwa mara kwa mara kwa mishipa ya miguu. Hivi ndivyo mishipa ya miguu ifanyavyo kazi kama moyo wa pili katika mfumo wa vena mwilini. Hii ndiyo thamani ya mazoezi ambayo watu wengi hawaijui.


    8. Mazoezi yanaimarisha mifupa ya mwili na hivyo kuzuia ugonjwa wa mifupa (osteoporosis).


    9. Mazoezi yanaongeza uzarishaji wa homoni zote mhimu na hivyo kukuongezea uwezo wa kushiriki tendo la ndoa (positive sex libido). Unapotembea kwa miguu bila kusimama mwendo wa lisaa limoja, unakuwa umeiamusha kemikali inayounguza mafuta (lipase) kuchoma mafuta kwa masaa 12, hivyo kama mtu atatembea lisaa limoja asubuhi na lingine jioni, atakuwa ameiamusha kemikali hiyo kufanya kazi kwa masaa 24!!, na kwa faida ya ziada kemikali hiyo huzisafisha pia taka za helemu (cholesterol) kwenye damu.
    Hivi ndivyo ilivyo rahisi kupunguza uzito na unene bila nguvu wala gharama yeyote!. Anza leo, tembea saa moja kutoka kituo A mpaka kituo B bila kupumzika asubuhi na jioni, baada ya wiki mbili pima tena uzito wako kuona namna ulivyofanikiwa kwa muda huo na muda gani uwekeze tena kumaliza tatizo hili linalosumbuwa watu wengi kote duniani. Soma zaidi ‘unene na uzito kupitia maajabu ya maji’.


    Mazoezi yafuatayo ni mazuri sababu ya thamani yake ya baadaye na hayasababishi maumivu kwenye maungio, nayo ni; kutembea, kuogelea, baiskeli, tenisi, gofu, kukwea, kudansi na kadharika.

    LIWALO NA LIWE. Me huwa nafanya mazoezi na mke wangu kila siku usiku jasho unitoka sana je hapo ni sawa na kutembea kilometa ngapi ?

    Nakumbuka kuna askari alishawahi niambia kwamba ukishamaliza kufanya mapenzi unakuwa umetumia nguvu sawa na mtu aliyetembea umbali wa kilomita saba..chukua hiyo twatwatwa
