    Ni uvumbuzi unaofurahisha kwa upande wangu. Mtanzania Bw. Joseph Kimaryo mkazi wa Arusha amegundua jiko la kupikia linalotumia matone ya mafuta machafu (Oil chafu) na maji.

    Akihojiwa na BBC Kimaryo alisema alianza utafiti wake huo mwaka 1985 na ilipofika mwaka 1998 alikamilisha. Jiko hilo ambalo kwa kiasi kikubwa linafaa sana katika kuhifadhi mazingira, linaweza kutumika kwa matumizi ya kawaida nyumbani na huweza kupika vyakula vya aina yote.

    Cha kufurahisha zaidi ni kuwa jiko hilo lina sehemu ya kuoka vyakula (Oven) ambayo joto lake ni takribani digrii 500. Hapa hata ukitaka kuchoma nyama ni dakika 5 tu mzigo uko tayari.

    We need more than just 1985-1998, Jiko kuwa na Oven 500deg.

    Mi ningependa kujua hiyo technolojia ya Kimaryo inafanyaje kazi? Je kuna combustion ya aina yoyote (hilo joto linapatikana vipi?).
    Kama una access na hizo info ni vyema ukamwaga complete literature ikiwezekana hata picha pia ziweke ili tupate undani wa kazi ya huyu Mtz mwenzetu.
