    Ulaji wa chakula aina ya chipsi kwa wanaume husababisha upungufu wa nguvu za kiume.Taarifa hii nimeipata Mlimani tv nilipokuwa naangalia kipindi cha Jarida la habari,hivyo wanaume wanashauliwa kutopendelea kula chipsi,pia ulaji wa vyakula vyenye mafuta mengi huweza pia kusababisha upungufu wa nguvu za kiume.Wanaume tuwe makini ili kuepukana na tatizo hili la upungufu wa nguvu za kiume.

    Tatizo sio kula vyakula vyenye mafuta,tatizo ni wewe mwenyewe kuruhusu mafuta yajae mwilini!
    Unakula chips mayai afu unaenda kulala,..
    unakula kitimoto unarudi kwenye kiti cha kunesa nesa ofisini,..

    Wanaume tuache uzembe,TUFANYE MAZOEZI YA VIUNGO!
    Kula chips kibao,kula kitimoto utakavyo,..
    ila,.kumbuka kufanya mazoezi,choma calories mwilini,..sio kuzitunza utaliwa mkeo!
    piaaaaaa,...wengi wetu hatuli mboga za majani,..matatizo hayo!

    Ukiwa mwana mazoezi utagundua na variety ya mazoezi mbali mbali,..
    kila kiungo kina mazoezi yake,hakuna haja ya kuacha kula kitu ili "utunze" nguvu zako!

    Nadhani tatizo hapo saio viazi bali ni hayo mafuta yanayokaangia viazi ndo yanayoleta shida.Nakubaliana na wale waliosema kuwa wanaume inabidi tuepuke sana vyakula vyenye mafuta kwa wingi na pia mazoezi ni muhimu ili kufanya damu iweze kuflow vizur kwenye maeneo yote ya mwili hasa maeneo nyeti.
