    Mteja anakuja ofisini kwako, nawe unamkaribisha vizuri sana, una concentrate kumsikiliza shida yake mara ghafla simu yake inaita kwa sauti ya juu, anapokea tena bila kuomba msamaha, anaongea kwa sauti ya juu sana kiasi ofisi inakuwa kama genge. Akimaliza kupokea simu unaanza tena kwa mara nyingine kumsikiliza simu yake inaita tena kwa sauti na anaongea kwa sauti kuubwa tena anacheka na huyo anayeongea naye. Sasa unapoteza mood ya kumsikiliza lakini huna jinsi unaendelea kumpa nafasi aeleze shida yake, mara simu yake nyingine inaita anaongea tena this time anatoka nje, wewe unaendelea na kazi yako, anaingia tena, unampa nafasi unamsikiliza. Ila kama mood imepungua kidogo na suala lake anataka umshughulikie haraka.

    Hebu tusaidiane ni serious imenitokea, katika mazingira haya wewe unafanyaje?

    Du yani nimemaliza tu kusoma hii thread afu kaingia kwa bahati mbaya huku kwangu na akiwa anaongea na simu...ana bahati baada ya kukata ameapologize!
    Huyo wa kwako unamkalisha chini (ikiwezekana mtengenezee na chai), unamfundisha etiquette kwanza..bonge la lecture afu ndo unampa huduma anayoihitaji!!!

    Mhudumie mteja bila kumuonesha kwamba umekerwa na zaidi ya yote mpatie simu ili aweze kumalizia maongezi na wateja wake!
    Huwezi jua upeo wa ustaarabu wa wateja wako unaowahudumia, kila mmoja ana yake! si wote wanajua kuheshimu kazi za wenzao, bali wengi wetu tunajua thamani za mahala petu pa kazi.
    Na kama huamini hili nawe nenda ofisini/kwenye biashara yake na ufanye alichokifanya kwako na umtazame usoni uone atakuchukulia vipi...
    Lakini pia wako watu hawajali na wana-'KIHEREHERE" sitoshangaa utakapokuwa unaongea na simu kwa sauti ofisini kwake akawa akikuuliza "NANI HUYO..EHE ANASEMAJE??!!!"
    Tunatfautiana ndio maana tunapaswa kuvumiliana! mkuu saa zingine inabidi kujifunza kuvumilia na kuchukuliana!!!

    Ahsante sana, najitahidi sana ila kuna wengine kweli kabisa wanaboa sana inabidi uchukuliane nao tu kama unavyosema upeo wa kufikiria unatofautiana ni kweli kabisa

    Kabisa mkuu ni heri kusema kuliko kunyamaza! kuelimishwa na kuelewa ni jambo moja. na kuelimishwa na utoelewa ni jambo jingine!
    Ningelipenda amuelimishe baada ya kwenda kwake na utenda kama alivyotenda ofisini kwa mwenzake ili apate mfano hai maana sisi watanzania duh! unaweza ueleweshwa ukatoka hapo na kuanza "jamaa nimeenda ofisini kwake anajifanya muchknow sana yule.. mara ooh usiongee na simu ofisini nasi tuna dili kwenye simu....."

    nashukuru pia mkuu karibu tena. Yaani inabidi hakuna njia, katika kutoa huduma inabidi ushuke, ndio maana inatupasa kuwa na maji ya kunywa ofisini ili kupunguza majoto na mapresha ya watu aina hizo! saa zingine afadhali ya huyo wa simu anaeongea tu na saa zingine kutoka nje... je yule anaekuja akaongea na simu ofisini kwako akanyanyuka kitini na kukaa kwenye meza yako ya ofisi huku akifoka na kugonga meza???
    Ila ndio sisi hao!! Kama ilivyo hakuna adabu majumbani na maofisini na kwenye jamii tuko hivyohivyo!

    Tafuta njia yoyote ile ujumbe umfikie, ahta kama itamuuma- ili iwe fundisho kwake na wengine wenye tabia kama zake!

    nilichofanya ni kuweka tangazo mlangoni

    huruhusiwi kuongea na simu while upu ndani ya ofisi yangu...

    Mtu akijaribu tu,,
    namkunjia uso huku namuonyesha tangazo au namuonesha mlango.....

    Siipendi hii tabia,
    mwingine simu ina mchiriku au taarabu,na anaongea kama yuko mnadani....
    Mimi huwa nawaonesha mlango kwa ishara tu,huku nimekunja uso...

    Simu yako haina "option" ya ku-fake call?

    Maana mimi binafsi ninge "activate 6 fake calls" na ile anaingia na mimi naanza kupokea na kuongea mpaka angeamua kuondoka!

    hii inategemea na aina ya ajira/biashara mlizonazo! Kama hamuwahitaji wateja ni rahisi kufanya hivyo msemavyo (na hili linafanywa sana na maafisa wa serikali) lakini kwa wale wanaojua kwamba mteja huyo/hao ndio wanaosababisha mwisho wa mwezi aonane na mlipafedha sidhani kama ni rahisi kumuonesha mteja mlango alioingilia. Na ikitokea hivyo, ukapatikana unamuonesha mteja mlango alioingilia nadhani ni wakati sahihi kabisa wa kuwajibishwa.
    Na katika hili ndipo wachagga na wahindi wanapotuzidi mbali katika kazi na biashara. kwani wanajali na kumthamini mteja kwa kadri ya uwezo wao.

    mbona hospitali za private tunalipa mahela mengi
    na matangazo hayo yapo?????????

    ungemwambia atoke nje amalizane na simu zote then ndo muanze maongez.kama ataona maongezi yenu ni muhimu basi atazima simu then mtaendelea na maongez.

KM wewe ni mtu wa customer care ukizitambua hizi kanuni utaenjoy kazi yako na wala hutasononeka. mteja ni mfalme lazima abembelezwe asikilizwe kwa namna yeyote ile. ktk dunia ya ushindani wa kibiashara wa kwelikweli you cant afford to loose a customer! hii kibongobongo ni ngumu sana kutekelezeka has kwenye institutions na maofisi ya serikali ambako customer care ni almost negligible hakuuuuna kabisa Mteja kila wakati yupo sahihi, yeye hajui kuhusu huduma zenu, anachokijua juu yenu ndicho sahihi kwake, hapaswi kuambiwa mwongo au hapana au nani kakuambia. atleast siku hizi ukiingia kwenye ma bank binafsi utachangamkiwa na smile lkn si nmb na crdb sijajua nbc. kuna dizaini mbaimbali za wateja vilevile na jinsi ya kuwa handle.
