    Someni sheria za kazi mpya. Likizo ya kwanza ni baada ya miezi 8. Likizo ya uzazi iko kwenye hii ila huwezi kupata likizo ya uzazi kwa kuzaa mfululizo . Ni baada ya 3 years.

    Nafikiri sijakuelewa vizuri.Yupo kazini miezi mitatu na anamimba. Amefukuzwa. Je sheria ni kufukuzwa tu?.Hakuna alternative?

    SB....Sheria inaruhusu kubeba mimba anytime na utapata martenity leave ila baada ya hapo inabidi ukae miaka 3 kabla hujawa entitle kupata likizo nyingine kama hiyo.

    Ila kama mtoto atafariki, unaruhusiwa kubeba mimba and you will be entitled to martenity leave ndani ya ile ile leave cycle!!

    Sheria inamtaka mwajiri 'kutomruhusu' mwanamke mjamzito au anayenyonyesha kufanya kazi ambazo zinaweza kuleta madhara kwa afya ya mama mjamzito au mtoto au wote!



    Je, wewe umeajiriwa kufanya kazi gani? Je mwajiri wako anao uwezo wa kukupangia kazi nyingine kama hiyo unayoifanya ina madhara kama nilivyoeleza hapo juu?

    Dah kuna watu jamani wanazaa kha! katoto kana mwaka 1 unakuta mama tayari ameshakuwa meneja kha! hata aibu hana tumbo hilo sijui kanyonyesha miezi 8? sasa kama huyu likizo si zitakuwa nyingi.

    dada flani kakaaa miaka sita kazini, baada ya miaka sita hiyo akabahatika kupata mtoto, kuona umri umesonga kaamua kutumia style ya kata mti panda mti, mtoto ana mwaka na miezi mitano na mdogo wake yuko njiani bado miezi mitatu...huyu naye vipi?!

    Nafikiri majibu mengine tunayatoa hapa kwa ushabiki tu bila kuelewa sheria ya kazi inasemaje katika hili. kwanza huwezi kupata likizo kabla ya kuisha miezi nane na hapo ni pale umemaliza probation period which is either six month or one year. nafikiri katika hilo swala ulilosema mwajiri anaweza akawa na la kusema katika hiyo mimba coz kwanza utachukua likizo ya uzazi may be ukiwa katika probation period ambapo mwajiri anaweza kukatisha mkataba wa ajira kwa kukupa notisi ya mwezi mmoja au mshahara wa mwezi badala ya likizo.

    Ningependa muelewe msimamo wa sheria kabla ya kutoa majibu ya ushabiki na hili halitegemei whether mwajiri ni mhindi, mzungu au mweusi. lazima tuwe waelewa wa sheria ya kazi na taratibu zake hasa ikizingatiwa kuwa ni nia wa mwajiri apate huduma nzuri kutoka kwa mwajiriwa wake na mwajiriwa atendewe haki wakati akiwa kazini.
