Kikwete seems to have a lot to say every time he meets Magufuli. He didnt say anything when Shukuru Kawambwa was at the helm of that Minstry despite the obvious malfunctions! is Kikwete trying to push maguli even further so that he delivers 'unbeliavable' good results or is there a strategy to wipe out magufuli off the 2015 hopefuls by speaking publicly about his shortfall?

Needless to say i look forward to hearing him (kikwete) say something about the 80% failure rate when he visits the ministry of education.
