    Ukweli hawa jamaa wanaojenga hii barabara ya morogoro kutoka ubungo mpaka city centre ni third class, yaani wana create unnecessary folini mji mzima
    style yao inasababisha kero kubwa kwani wameanza kuivunja bara bara yote bila ya kuweka alternative roads na pia hawajali kuongoza magari
    tumewahi kuona ujenzi wa bara bara zote za dar es salaam kuanzia city centre mpaka kariakoo lakini haikua kama hivi
    wale jamaa walikua wanamaliza kipande kimoja baada ya chengine , wakimaliza section moja wanaanza pengine
    lakini stye hii ya kuvunja barabara muhimu yenye zaidi ya kilomita 35 hii inaonesha wazi hawa jamaa hawana uzoefu wa kufanya kazi ndani jiji lenye harakati
    tunaomba tanroads na city waingile kati ..kabla hawaja shindwa kama konoike na barabara ya kilwa

    Tuanze maeneo ya kimara mwisho!! Hapa Pamepindukia kwa usumbufu na foleni isiyokuwa na umuhimu wowote. Pale Ujenzi Mkubwa unaoendelea ni Daraja!! Ila hakuna wanachokifanya kwa sasa?? Sasa walikuwa na Haraka gani Kuchimba Pale? Kama nilivyosema Awali Huu Ujenzi ni Kuchimba, Kufunga Mbao, Kuweka Nondo na kumwaga zege!! Sasa kinachowakwamisha ni nini?? na kwa nini wachimbe Bila proper Planning??

    Hawa jamaa ni wapuuzi sijapata kuona. Pale wanapojenga daraja Kimara, ukitokea Mbezi karibu na kituo kidogo cha Polisi wameweka Diversion...Weekend hawapo...ile mijimawe hawaitoi. Wanasababisha usumbufu usio wa lazima. Yaani wanaboa kupita maelezo!!

    Tatizo hakuna cha Mapombe wala cha Magufuli anayekuja kukagua na kuongea na wananchi wakati ujenzi huu muhimu unaendelea. Ili apate maoni yao... na hata wanachokijenga hakijulikani. Hivi picha ya barabara hii itakavyokuwa baada ya kukamilika imewekwa wapi??

    Ni heri wangeiacha vilevile kama hawana hata chembe ya huruma kwa wananchi.

    Kwanza barabara yenyewe inaishia hapo hapo inaposababisha foleni kila kukicha. Sasa watakuwa wamesaidiaje kupunguza ama kuondoa tatizo la foleni.

    Hii CCM na Serikali yake hovyo kabisa. ndo maana watu kama akina Sofia Simba wanaendelea kushinda kwa rushwa. wanafikiri kwa kutumia ....

    1. Strabag sio kampuni ya kujenga barabara kiwango duni. It is a 10+ billion euros company (revenue alone), employing over 76,000 staffs worldwide.

    2. Strabag imeshafanya projects nyingi na kubwa ulimwenguni (e.g.Germany,UAE,Malaysia,Denmark,Libya,Cameroun,Rwanda, etc) ambazo ni kubwa kuliko hiyo project ya Dar.

    3. Strabag wanatumia latest construction technologies -na kwa hili nyie ni mashahidi ya vifaa wanavyotumia kujenga hiyo Kimara-Jangwani stretch.

    Ingawa sitetei kucheleweshwa ujenzi kutokana na adha watumizi tunazopata lakini kutoka na history na weledi wa kampuni kuna sababu nyingine zinazoleteleza na I can bet you zinaweza kuwa ni sisi (waTz) tunasababisha. Mfano unaweza ukakuta kuna baadhi ya vitu vimekwama bandari kwetu kutokana tu na urasimu usio na msingi.

Fikiria unamwaga zege sehemeu ambayo Tayari ni formworked kwa week Tatu Hadi NNE (Kimara Mwisho)!! Fikiria kuharibu Barabara bila kuwa na Utaratibu wa Ujenzi Wake!!     Halafu jaribu kwenda kule ujerumani kwenye miji kama Koln, Frankfurt, Bonn na mingineyo. Ulizia Strabag Gmbh, halafu ndo utaona kama ni third class construction company.

    Sikatai...lakini ninachosema kutakuwa na sababu nyingi tu kwanini zege limechelewa kumwagwa. Kwa mfano, zege linalotumiwa sio la kuchanganya mifuko ile ya 50kgs tuliyozoea. Ni zege special ambalo likely linatoka Wazo (Twiga Cement) for special order in some x metric tons. How come Wazo cannot deliver ? Hatujui.Kunaweza kuwa na sababu milioni. Huo ni mfano mmoja tu.

    Point yangu ni kwamba lazima tuangalie msururu wote katika supply-chain ili kujua kwanini mradi unasuasua na ndiyo maana nasema sababu za kusuasua huko "most likely" zitakuwa zimesababishwa na sisi wenyewe wabongo.

    Halafu mnazungumzia diversion,
    Magufuli akitaka kubomoa nyumba zilizo kwenye hifadhi ya barabara ili zipatikane hizo diversion na kupata eneo la kupanulia barabara watu mnakimbilia kushitaki kwa mkulu. Sasa hizo diversion mnataka ziwe zinaelea hewani?
