    Katika Mzungumzo na rafiki yangu mmoja mgeni inaelekea hapa kwetu gharama za barabara ni aghali zaidi kuliko katika nchi nyignine za Afrika Mashariki.

    Nachofahamu barabara ya rami kwa kilomita moja ilikuwa shilingi milioni 600 kwa kilometa, ila siwezi kushangaa ikiwa imefika bilioni moja kwa wakati huu.

    Mwenye uwelewa katika nchi nyingine wanafanya nini anaweza kutufahamisha hapa. Ingawa kwa kuchagua makandarasi bomu hatujambo, Sietco walitimuliwa Uganda baada ya kushindwa kazi na kukiri kutoa rushwa -- 30% ya gharama za mradi kwa mabwana wakubwa -- lakini sisi hapa tukawapokea, wakashindwa kasi barabara ya singida nzega lakini bado tukawabeba

    Mgoyangi , humu JF ni uwanda wa penguin, lakini nashukuru kwa kuleta mada hii.
    Gharama za ujenzi wa barabara hapa bongo ni balaa.
    Chakula cha wazee ni tatizo kubwa sana na hata ukiwapatia wazee bado wadogo wakipata habari watakutoa upepo mpaka basi.
    Kwa vile hakuna mkandarasi anapenda kupata hasara kinachotokea ni kujenga kazi hafifu na isiyo na viwango.
    Tatizo la rushwa kila mtu analifumbia macho ingawaje lipo tena kwa wingi sana.
    Suala lingine ni uamuzi wa serikali kufunga kiwanda cha TIPER.
    Sasa hivi lami ambayo ni a by product ya fractional distillation ya crude oil inaagizwa toka nje .Kitu ambacho tungeweza kupata toka Kigamboni.
    Gharama kubwa ya lami ni katika kuisafirisha , gharama ambayo isingekuwepo kama kiwanda cha TIPER kingekuwa kinafanya kazi.

    Poor us, yaani kumbe TIPER ilifungwa?..........Lole do you know what were the reasons for the closure?

    Unajua mkuu Ogah katika Serikali yetu kuna watu wa ajabu sana.
    Wakiambiwa na wazungu fanya kitu fulani ili upate misaada au mkopo wao wanatekeleza bila kufikiri.Hii ni pamoja na kuwa na Maprofesa, maDokta na wataalam wa uchumi waliobobea ndani ya utumishi wa serikali.
    TIPER kiwanda kilichojengwa na Baba wa Taifa kilifungwa wakati wa awamu ya Mzee Ruksa.Baba waTaifa aliona mbali sana.
    Zambia walikataa katakata kufunga kiwanda chao na leo wao hawaagizi lami.Crude oil leo inapita hapa kwetu na kwenda Zambia kupitia mabomba ya TAZAMA.
    Kiwanda hakikuwa na matatizo makubwa lakini shinikizo la "wakubwa" wazungu ni kukifunga ili pawepo na ushindani (free market) katika biashara ya nishati.
    Na hapo ntulipokubaliana nao ndio tukafungwa goli la kisigino

    wizi wa mafuta ndio chanzo kikubwa ujenzi wa barabara kuwa ghali.
    mfano.1.transporter akileta mafuta lazima ayachokonoe
    2.mpokeaji lazima nae aguse kidogo
    3.mtumiaji nae lazima apate kidebe
    kwa kifupi kuna loss kubwa sana ktk fuel mengineyo ni blah blah

    Kuna mtu mwingine ananiambia kuwa hata wachina kwa sasa wanaona heri kuchukua kandarasi za ujenzi hapa Bongo kuliko Marekani na Ulaya kwa kuwa inalipa mara mbili zaidi kwa maslahi

    Rushwa wanayotoa makandarasi ikichangiwa na wizi wa spare za mtambo na raw materials ndio unachangia gharama kuwa kubwa.Nchi hii miradi mingi wanayoipata wakandarasi inapatikana kwa rushwa hata kama watu watapinga kuwa huu sio ukweli.No wonder contractor mmoja anakuwa na mega project zote kubwa TZ.Hiyo inawezekana Italy na Tanzania tu!!
