    Jamani wan JF,hebu tusaidiane juu ya hili.Idadi kubwa ya watu wazima hivi sasa wanasumbuliwa na kuumwa miguu hasa sehemu za magoti na maumivu ya mifupa ya miguu.Baba mkwe wangu,baba yangu,mama,bibi yangu wote hadi leo wanasumbuliwa na miguu pamoja na kutibiwa mahospitali kadhaa kwa dawa mbalimbali.Nakosa imani sasa na dawa za hospitali juu ya ugonjwa huu.Tafadhali msaada

    kimsingi ndio utaratibu wa uzee. Kupata dawa inawezekana lakini mara nyingi zimekuwa painkillers. Nakushauri utafute zaidi dawa za kienyeji

    mwili wa binadamu ni kama mashine yoyote mkuu unayojua,umri unavyozidi kwenda basi viungo navyo vinachoka mwili kwetu.

    haya matatizo tunaweza kupunguza kwa kujenga tabia ya kufanya mazoezi kila siku na kula lishe bora.tujenge tabia ya kukimbia au kutembea kila siku japo kwa dakika 30 na tuwakumbushe wazee wetu pia au tuwachukue tufanye nao mazoezi haya kwa pamoja kama tunaishi nao majumbani kwetu.

    kwa sasa (miaka hii) hayo magonjwa ya miguu yanasababishwa na over weight, unajua uzito mkubwa wa binadanu upo juu, kuanzia magotini kuja juu, sasa kama uzito ukizidi miguu inashindwa kuimili na ukichangia miaka hii watu hawafanyi mazoezi hata ya kutembea tu, kwa wanaokimnbilia uzee ni vizuri sana kufanya mazoezi ya kuizoesha miguu kuimili uzito.,
    ki ukeli dawa za miguu ni shida sana, cha kufanya ni,
    kupunguza uzito, kula vyakula vyenye mafuta kidogo, viungo ni muhimu sana hasa vitunguu swaumu, asali na mdalasini nk
