    For real ?

    Housing & Dining

Hii "well mannered accommodation services" inaweza kabisa kuwa Churchillian diction, although I doubt mtu anayeandika " we also runs well habitable" anaelewa Churchillian. I can understand " we have well mannered staff" lakini "well mannered accommodation services ?" that's a stretch, ina maana accommodation services zao zina manners ? I have seen well mannered dogs, well mannered children, well mannered women, but I have never seen well mannered services, like I said, this could be some extra posh Churchillian diction, but I doubt it.

Halafu katika proper english, ukitaka kusema ndani na nje unaweza kusema within and without, inside and outside au in and out of, huwezi kuandika "within and out of the university premises" utaonekana lugha haipandi. I know ukisema "without" unaweza kuwa interpreted kama unamaanisha "excluding" but that is the logic (or illogic, as Geroge Bernard Shaw, that useful idiot would have it, of some Dickensian twists )

I'm not gonna split hairs, I will cut them some slack.
    The word student is redundant

We assist in facilitating contractual arrangements between students and residential facility owners.

Or if the emphasis is on assistance to students only

We assist students in facilitating contractual arrangements with residential facility owners

The infamous "runs" alongside "very executive rooms" and "affordable price" to top it off as the icing on the cake.

We encourage students to be responsible for their dorm keys
We encourage students to be responsible for their budgets
We encourage students to be responsible for the management of their college life
We encourage students to be responsible in their college life
We encourage students to be responsible during their college life

Too many facilities can confuse a student mother, how about "day care programmes" to remove the possible confusion of the multiple facilitating facilities ?

    Dining/Catering
Private people, everybody is a private person at some level, who are these private people ?

What exactly is "cleanliness of food dispensing" ? direct translation from swahili perhaps ?

What exactly is "campus better life"? another dilapidated sentense? writing in english but thinking in Swahili ?

Shouldn't it be" .... for a better campus life"?

This is very helpful, sio tu kwa wanachuo but to all of us who are struggling with the language of the whiteman. Je kuna namna yoyote ile ya kumtumia huu ujumbe prof Mkandara? hoping that he cares, ama huyo head wa kitengo hicho nadhani itakua na office of the dean of Students.

    Nice try,

Yale yale, kukosa umakini, paparapapara, macho juu juu, kutokubali makosa.

Tofautisha "very executive houses" na "executive housing" I am aware of "executive housing" however "very executive houses" is not english, unless you mean to say that the house are in the habit of executing very much.

Halafu wenyewe wanaoijua hii lugha kiundani hata hiyo "executive houses" hawaitumii , wanatumia "executive homes"/ "executive housing". Kwa sababu a house is a building, a home is an environment, hata hiyo "executive house" bado una chance ya kuwa interpteted kwamba house inaji execute (kivipi sijui) lakini a home being an environment, is something else. This could also be advertising sublingo, but I wouldn't expect them to know that and "executive housing" would be fine with me, but " very executive houses" is a no-no.

Tatizo hapa partly ni kwamba, between english and Swahili, Swahili is the more logical language, na haina exceptions nyingi katika grammar and structure.

Nitafutie mfano kutoka any respectable source ya a native english speaking country walipoandika "very executive houses"

Mimi najua kuna "very posh houses" very presentable houses" lakini "very executive houses" ndiyo nazisikia leo.

"executive" is an adjective, which can take the adverb "very."

real estate adds and narrations from London, Canada and the US herein

with your consultation, UDSM will see little change

Wote wanaongelea homes, "very executive homes" hamna "very executive houses" katika link yako, nishaelezea distinction ya a home and a house hapo juu.

Hawa ndugu zetu wa UDSM hawajaandika "very executive homes" wameandika "very executive houses".

    Jaribu tena.

Comprehension yako ndogo, swali uliloulizwa jingine, jibu ulilotoa jingine.

Unaleta kiingereza cha kukariri hapa (adjective can take the adverb "very") unakwenda kupachika sehemu yoyote ile ? Lugha yenyewe half ni exceptions, ndiyo maana tunaboronga.

London, Canada and the US indeed, what is next? Some "Africa is a country" stunt ?

    Wale wale !
