    Habari zenu wana JF naombeni msaada wenu viungo vyangu vya mwili ni dhaifu sana hasa katika viungio vya mikono pamoja na miguu kiasi kwamba naweza pata ajali ndogo nikavimba,vunjika au kuteguka. Naombeni mawazo yenu nini laweza kuwa tatizo, linasababishwa na nini na nifanye nini kuondokana na tatizo hili?

    kama ni kweli unavyosema kuwa ni rahisi kuvunjika kunamambo mengi yanaweza sababisha ila kwa ushauri nenda kamuione dr wala usijindanye kupewe shortcut hapa yawezekana kama kweli ulivyoeeleza hapo juu japo kuwa si kwa uhakika saana ukawa na osteoporosis narudia kuwa sina uhakika kwa sababu hujatoa maelezo kamili, yaani umeyatoa ki ujumla mno.
