Sidhani hata wewe kama ungekuwa una uwezo ungekuwa mwekezaji wa ndani and you will play to maximize our profit.

Does Jakaya mean what he talking?

    BAK,

Our legal, policy and instutional frameworks zipo, ni weak enough na hazina wataalam wenye ujuzi, yaani they are too ACADEMICIANS kuliko field experiencer.

Based on that watu walioko huko they are too selfish. kuanzia family, udugu, ukoo, ukabila na kimaeneo. They are not thinking of national interests or their kids. They just think of their stomachs.

    Ngoja niwape fumbo, ajuaye ajaze....

    cheki hapa;
    - Wafanyakazi wa kizalendo wanapelekwa kazini na kampuni ya GPH. Huyu mmiliki wa hii kampuni si Mweusi ni mzungu. Uraia wake mwenye nao aseme. Uchumi unakuwa au unahamishwa?
    - Wanakula kwa kulishwa na Mansons; sina data zake mwenye nazo aseme. Kule tulawaka tulikuwa na kampuni moja nao nimeisahau jina but nilikaa muda mfupi tu.
    - Msafirishaji wa mizigo kutoka nje ya nchi ni FFT na kwa ndani ni Karama wa Mwz. Je, hawa ni watanzania?
-Drillling contractors in Major, Stanley/Layne ni watz?
Where the money go?
-Who is feeding mining industries? Allied Mining? Who owns alllied minings? you?
-Halmashauri zinalipwa $250k per annual, wanazipeleka wapi? Nilikuwa pale Ushirombo na maeneo ya jirani. I have got some pics hapa. People can not even differentiate from having investors against wachimbaji wadogo.
-Ni nani anaeenda kufanya hata extension services kuchange peoples mind? kuwa ili uwe na indirect benefits from investors do this and that?

Nitaandika mengi buree, kumbe KILIMO KWANZA while GOLD IS GOING?

Welcome investors, Welcome DR. SLAA in power 2010.

    BAK,

Nina kupata ila huenda approach zetu zinatofautiana.

Kuna nchi nyingine hazipati hata hio 3%.

Learn this. nilishawahi kuongea na Environmental Manager mmoja wa Barrick akaniambiwa kuwa anakuwaga na budget ya let say $500K out of this $300K zinakwenda nje SA au australia, UK or CA kwaajili ya consultation. Kuna vitu can be made locally but who knows? ila ni kwa wachache tu kwa kuwa wanajua mipango but kuna mfumo ambao unampa majority hizi opportunities?

Ukiwa nao pamoja na mtaji make connection na wazito you will make but still quality is poor.

Gold nearing 18-month highs, now is the time to invest in bullion: analysts

    Published: Thursday, September 10, 2009 | 2:55 PM ET

TORONTO - With the price of gold again approaching lofty peak it hit last March, analysts say now is a good time to invest in the yellow metal, particularly if you have a long-term investment horizon.
"Gold is not only an investment but it's a store of value, it's a financial hedge," said John Ing, a gold analyst and CEO of Toronto-based investment dealer Maison Placements.

The short-term outlook on gold remains "mildly risky," but if you're a longer-term investor and are willing to part with your cash for a few years, then gold is one of the safest bets out there, said Jeffrey Nichols, managing director of American Precious Metals Advisors.

"I think (the price of gold) is going to have some difficulty getting through the US$1,000 area in the near term," Nichols said.

"But with prices around $1,000 an ounce, I think if you look back two years from now you will think that was an attractive price. I see it going easily to $2,000 or maybe even $3,000 an ounce before we're through."

With U.S. dollars flying off the printing presses to cover the government's massive economic stimulus package, concerns about inflation are growing and investors are increasingly turning towards gold as a safe-haven investment to protect against currency fluctuations.

On Tuesday, the price of bullion rose above US$1,000 to its highest point since March 17, 2008, when it hit a record of $1,033.90. Since then, it has been hovering around the $1,000 mark.

Gold is typically bought as an alternative to the U.S. dollar among safe-haven assets favoured by investors seeking to preserve capital. So its rise often correlates to a drop in the value of the American currency.

The fact that 20 of the world's rich and developing countries promised over the weekend to keep in place their stimulus measures - which include both spending as well as low interest rates - reinforced the appeal of gold.
"All is not right with the mightiest nation in the world, and when that happens, the dog wags the tail, and maybe alternatives are what people should be looking at," Ing said.

Every investor should have some money in physical gold, whether it's in the form of bars or coins, Ing said. These can be bought directly through your bank's bullion desk.

However, buying physical gold can be complicated, Nichols said.
Instead, Nichols recommends putting money in gold exchange-traded funds, or ETFs, which invest in physical gold but trade like equities on stock exchanges.

Nichols said these have soared in popularity in the last two or three years, and ETFs now hold around 54 million ounces of gold, making them "a rival of major central banks as a major holder."

"Gold ETFs have made it very easy for investors around the world to buy gold and have increased the access to investors who might not have bought physical gold for one reason or another in the past," Nichols said.

"It's as easy as buying any other equity, so for the investor it's simply a phone call to his stock broker. He doesn't have to open up some new-fangled account, he doesn't have to worry about where he's going to store the gold and take delivery of the gold and all that stuff."

Nichols said ETFs also allow investors to sell their gold investments quickly and easily without having to worry about the large commissions it's common to pay when buying or selling gold coins, for example.
However, he cautioned that this could also allow for substantial profit-taking by gold investors down the road - a liability to which gold has historically been immune.
If you're feeling particularly bullish about the price of gold, Ing said you should consider investing in gold equities as well as physical gold.
"Stocks give an investor much more leverage to the price of gold, particularly when there's a rising price of gold. You get generally four times the leverage with gold stocks," he said.

Ing said Canadian gold miners, which include major players like Barrick Gold Corp. (TSX:ABX) and Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G), make good investments, as they tend to be particularly well situated with quality assets.
"The fact is there have been no real big gold finds since Bre-X and that was a fake, so there's less gold coming onto the market from the gold miners as the mines get deeper and more expensive," he said.
The world's biggest gold miner announced this week that it's betting the price of gold will continue to rise. Barrick said it plans it raise up to US$4 billion through a massive share offering in order to eliminate its gold hedges.
Barrick decided to eliminate its hedges because of an increasingly positive outlook on the gold price. The company also said it believes the gold hedges hurt its appeal to the broader investment community and the company's share price.

It is only now that the nation has come to light that catutally this 97 percent inagawiwa kwa hao walioshiriki kusaini mikata hiyo.

We should keep our house in good order before rushing into calling people to come and invest

Tano ---- dont get me started , Nisijetoa speech ndefu kama Gadafi bure

Hapa penye nyekundu ndo ameniacha hoi kabisa.

Leo hata kiberiti inatoka kenya.
