    Mimi nina matatizo yanayonisumbua kwa muda mrefu bila ya kujijua, niliona kua ni hali ya kawaida kama ilivyo kwa binadamu wengine lakini kumbe sivyo.
    1. Mimi ninakua na uwoga sana kwa kila kitu.
    2. Pia siishi kuwa na mawazo na lolote linalonisibu hua halitoki akilini mara moja.
    3. Ninakua mzito na mvivu sana bila ya sababu.
    4. Na pia ninakua na hasira za haraka.
    Nimejaribu kuwaona madaktari kama wawili wameniambia itakua (anxiety, depression, fatigue na stress) maana yote haya yanafuatana pamoja, na pia walinipa dawa kama Prozac na Risperdal (risperidone) ambazo nilizitumia lakini hazikusaidia kitu.
    Sasa pamoja na kuzidi kutafuta ufumbuzi nimeonelea pia niweke hapa pengine naweza pata ushauri au wapo waliokuwa na matatizo kama yangu waweze kunishauri.

    pole kaka, kwanza hizo dawa zao hachana nazo zinapelekea watu kujiua mara nyingi, mliokaa us au uk mtaafiki.
    kikubwa ni jaribu kuongea na watu esp viongozi wa dini uwa inatia faraja kiasi fulani, pia jaribu kuwa na cycle nzuri ya marafiki wenye ushauriambao ni positive

    Pole ndg yangu.Hebu jitaidi kunywa maji mengi angalau lita 4-5 kwa siku, pia jitaidi uwe unalala mapema zaidi,PIA FANYA MAZOEZI YA VIUNGO ASUBUHI NA JIONI. pia jaribu kuangalia mazingira unayofanyia kazi kwa huenda unafanya kazi sana kupita kiasi au unakumbana na kero nyingi ama uko katika wakati mgumu kipesa nk. pia mazingira ya chumba unacho lala je unapata hewa safi?.pia jaribu kuangalia vema suala la mahusiano ya kifamilia kama hakuna migogoro km ipo jaribu kutatua kwa utulivu tu.mwisho jitaidi sana kumuomba MOLA WAKO KWANI YEYE NDIYE MUWEZA WA YOTE.MUNGU AKUSAIDIE NDG YANGU.NB ACHA KUTUMIA DAWA BILA KUWA NA UHAKIKA WA KINACHO KUSUMBUA UTAJIUMIZA BURE.

    Fanya mazoezi,kula milo mitatu kwa wakati,kunywa maji mengi,vuta na kutoa hewa kutumia pua upande mmoja kwa dakika 2 halafu badili upande tena rudia mara3 kwasiku, pumzika sehemu yenye utulivu hata kwa lisaa 1 kabla ya kulala na umeze multi vitamin na Omega 3 cap kila siku utaona tafauti baada ya muda.

    Ushauri wangu,jaribu kuangalia social life yako,jaribu Fanya michezo ujumuike na watu wengi,jaribu kutafuta kitu unachopenda na ukifanye mfano,disco,kuogelea,kuimba,football.Angalia pia malengo yako na ujaribu kuyatimiza .Sometimes watu wakifail kutimiza malengo yao huwa inawaongezea matatizo.Pia check afya yako,mfano,kama ni mnene sana,jaribu kulose some weight,itakusaidia sana.maji mengi tena asubuhi ni lazima.
