    UANZISHAJI NA UENDESHAJI WA KAMPUNI
    Amani iwe kwenu nyote wana JF!
    Ndg zangu nimekuwa ni kitatizwa sana na maswali yafuatayo huenda nawe pia unatatizwa na maswali kama haya,
    (1) kwa nini kampuni nyingi za Kitanzania zinakufa haraka baada ya kuanzishwa?
    (2) Kwa nini kampuni nyingi za kitanzania hazina uhai au hazihimili ushindani katika soko?
    (3) Kwa nini kampuni nyingi za kitanzania hazina ofisi maalum ya ni kampuni za mifukoni tu?
    (4) Kwa nini kampuni nyingi za kibongo hazipewi kipaumbele hasa ktk suala la mikopo ya kibenki mf kampuni ya Bw Lakeshi ikiomba mkopo wa tsh 50 ml inapata haraka tu na kampuni ya Bw Masawe ikiomba mkopo km huo iazungushwa weeeee dakika za mwisho inaambiwa haina sifa za kupata mkopo, japo kampnui zote mbili zinasifa sawa tu?
    (5) Kwa nini Serikari ya TZ inaonekana kuzipatia kipaumbele sana kampuni za kigeni kuliko za wazawa?

    Ngd zangu ninaomba mchango wenu wa kimawazo ili hatimae tuweze kujibu maswali hayo ufasaha, ninaamini kama tutajibu kwa ufasaha mkubwa basi majibu yetu yatakuwa ni msaada mkubwa sana kwa watu wengine.
    Mimi nina amini katika ushirikiano, tukishirikiana kimawazo tutaweza kuboresha kazi zetu za kila siku hatimae kuweza kuinua uchumi wa nchi yetu. PAMOJA TUNAWEZA!

    Baada ya kusema hayo ninatoa mchango wangu kwa kuwapatia baadhi ya miongozo mbali mbali ya kuanzisha na kuendesha biashara ambayo ni mkusanyiko wa maada mbali mbali ambazo nimezitoa katika vyanzo mbali mbali. Asanteni

    Mojawapo ya sababu kubwa ya kufa kwa makampuni ya kibongo ni kuiga biashara. ikitokea challenge kidogo ama competition ikongezeka watu wanashindwa kustahimili. Sababu ingine ni cashfloww management problem inafika wakati makampuni yanashindwa kumeet financial obligation kutokana na kurun out of cash (temporary) bank ambapo zingekuwa zinatoa temporary OD. so hii inaffect morally ya wafanyakazi pale wanaposhindwa kulipwa kwa wakati.

    sababu ingine biashara nyingi kuendeshwa kifamilia zaidi badala ya kutumia wataalamu so ikitokea family problem kidogo inafail(mfano UNNAT fruits processing Morogoro)

    Additionaly, a lot of new business owners in Tanzania are first generation entrepreneurs. There is no one to teach you the most basic things.
    Of these new entrepreneurs, some are in it to make quick bucks and move on to the next quick deal and some are doing it because they are passionate in the venture.
    The quick bucks ones are the mission town or briefcase companies. They don’t care about growing the business. Not passionate ndio maana they are not innovative hence not competitive.
    The passionate ones do care about growing the business. They have a vision. Unfortunately some of these are let down because of many reasons amongst them being:
    1. Lack of enough capital – but not a reason to stop a good idea. Just start small and grow.
    2. Lack of business management skills
    a. Taxation laws, it is easy to make a honest mistake because you didn’t know but TRA wanawea wakakufirisi bila huruma. Make sure you file and pay your provisional returns correctly and in time to avoid fines and penalties. Bila kusahau annual returns at BRELA. Na mambo mengine mengi tu.
    b. Human resources management – kuajiri na kumanage watu is a mission. Hapa labour law zitakusumbua ukikosea.
    c. Lack of improper accounting, this could cost you in both time and money. Account for every single penny you earn and spend.
    3. The biggest of all is a good succession plan. Your company must run even when you are not there. You need a system. Failing to place a good succession plan will make you become the HR, the MD, the customer service representative, the receptionist, the cleaner, etc. This will cost you time to grow your business.

    Otherwise owning your own business is very rewarding and pays off if done correctly.

    mkuu. Asante sana kwa mchango wako. Kuna point hapo nimezikoleza kwa wino mwekundu, kwangu naona ni baadhi ya matatizo makubwa yanayozikabiri kampuni zetu. Jamani hebu tubadilike ili tuweze kukua kibiashara.

    watanzania wengi tunapenda uubabaishaji mwingi na shortcut nyingi na akuna ufwatiliaji wa kina mf umesajili.kampuni lakini aina ofisi na unasupply serikali na awajai kuja kuona ofic. Kuhusu mikopo makapuni mengi yawabongo ngumu kupewa kwani wakipewa hawarudishi lakini hao wahindi wannayaliza mabenk kila ck na bado wanapewa

    wengi wanataka mikopo si kwa ajili ya kile walichokisema kwenye bness plan zao.ukifanya physical inspection utagundua biashara yenyewe wala haiko kama mwombaji wa mkopo alivyo jieleza kwenye papers zake,ndo maana mikopo hawapewi.pia tatizo jingine wabongo wengi hawana commitment kwenye biashara zao.unakuta mtu kwasababu biashara ni yake basi anafungua au kufunga muda anaotaka,atachukua hela bila mpangilio fun enough unakuta mbongo hana hata vision analysis ya biashara yake.wanasema hivi "if you dont plan,that means you have plan to fail.YOU MUST PLAN

    Na sababu nyingine ni watu kuanzisha biashara bila ya kufanyia tafiti na michanganua ya biashara.....business plan kama invojieleza ni muongozo ambao unatakiwa kufuatwa kiutekelezaji na sio kuombea mikipo tu. Lakini utakukata wafanyabishara wengi hawana business plan na kama wanazo ni kwa ajili ya kuombea mikopo benk tu... business plan inatoa muongozo wa bishara kwa muda mfupi, muda wa kati na muda mrefu. Na ukifuatwa unamuwezesha mfanyabishara kuweza kutadhimini biashara yake kila baada ya muda fulani kuona nini changamoto zilizopo na furksa gani zilizopo kwenye soko, hivyo kuwezesha kuepuka maanguko yanayokweza kukwepeka kwenye biashara.

    Kufanya biashara kunainvolve risk,watu wanaiga biashara za wengine wakiogopa kuongeza kiwango cha risk.Hivyo ubunifu na kumwaga hela huko unaongeza risk ambayo inaweza kukutoa cetaris peribus.
