TZ Kazi zipo, wafanyakazi hamna?

    Wana JF,

    Naomba kuuliza hivi ni kweli TZ kazi zipo au kila hata kidogo kilichopo kinachukuliwa na foreigners kwa sababu wa TZ hatuna uwezo wa kujieleza.

    Leo nilipitia baadhi ya sehemu kama 4 DSM, la kushangaza waajiri wengi regardless ni Govt inst. private na sasa hata za waswahili wenzetu wanasema karibu nao uzalendo utawashinda kwa sababu.Ukimleta foreigner hata jirani zetu-wanachapa mzigo kweli kweli kwa mshahara ule ule anaokutaa au kufanya kazi mswahili utafikiri yuko jela.

    Lakini la ajabu zaidi hata ukimkuta mswahili -ikifika 10minutes kabla ya muda wa kuondoka -kisha pack kibegi chake na mteja ukiingia ni kama bughuza.

    e.g utakuta kampuni ni ya kigeni ,ombi la kazi na matakwa ya kazi yanahitaji ujue lugha fulani-unajibu barua ya kazi kwa kiswahili hapo inakuwaje? Mimi nawaomba waalimu wa vyuo vikuu tusaidie kuwasaidia ndg zetu hata kama uko kwenye engineering ili mradi una uwezo wa kuwasaidia basi usaidie-sio mtu anatoka ni Engineer mzuri lakini hawezi kujieleza ili kuipata hiyo kazi au anaandika kazi kwa mcharazo.

    Wataka kazi tutumie computer kuangalia kwenye internet,sasa hivi kazi za human resources,kupika chai,ufundi seremala etc foreigners wamezivamia,sisi tutakwenda wapi tuspijipigania nafsi kwa kusaidiana???

    Is very true, bongo kuna qualification za kuunga kuunga sana. Hata kwenye haya makampuni ya uwekezaji inakuwa taabu sana kupata position zinazofit.

    It is true that how these foreigners are working its uncomperable! but nafikiri ni uvivu na umonopoly wa watanzania kwenye kazi zao,wanakuwa wavivu na kuridhika wengi hawajipi challenge za kupima tija zao,nini kifanyike? ni baadhi ya watanzania wabadilike regardless of their gender,age etc,hapo ndio tutakapo ona changes

    Its true,mm kuna nchi nilikwenda hata kama una vibali vya kazi akitokea jamaa anaitaka ana ku report office ya kazi/police waje kukuchunguza.

    Lkn TZ inaelekea hata akitoka huyo aliyefukuzwa in most cases labda 40% mTZatakayekuja hataiweza-nilimuuliza foreigner mmoja DSM, kwamba kwanini hizi machine za furniture, supervisor ni foreigner (jirani zetu)? Akasema field ya kutengeza furniture kwa machine TZ ni ngeni ndio maana kaleta kutoka nchi jirani-nikamwambia bul.....

    Ni kweli , lakini ujue hili jambo ni very controversial.

    Hili jambo lilinipa shida kweli nilivyorudi nyumbani na kuanzisha kampuni yangu

    Kwasababu ndugu zangu, wengi hatupendi kuambiwa kwamba sisi sio wachapa kazi.

    Nina bahati kwamba nimepata exposure ya kusafiri na kuona jinsi Jirani zetu wanavyofanya kazi. Kusema ukweli wako very agressive sana na wako proactive (yani wanafanya kazi bila hata kuambiwa / kutumwa au kukumbushwa).

    At the end of the day, mimi kama mwajiri ninataka mtu ambaye ni effective na efficient, Someone who walks the extra mile..... I am Sad to say (most) of our graduates do not do that...

    Kama nilivyosema , hili subject ni very controversial (nimejaribu kutumia lugha ya ustaarabu) but someone has to say it.

    Mkuu B.P hivi hii ni ya kuzaliwa nayo,ni siasa za JKN?,ni kwamba sisi hali yeti ni nzuri kuliko wao,au walifundishwa mashuleni au ni nini.

    Maana kama siasa-huko alikozicopy JKN wanachapa kazi mara elfu kuliko ss,kama ni hali zetu nadhani ni mbaya, kwa hiyo labda wao na majirani zetu walizaliwa hivyo au walifundishwa. Na je wakijaa hawa jirani na ma foreigner tutabadilika?au ndio bahati mbaya ya maisha tuikubali?

    Maana wakati fulani nilifikiri labda ni malipo, lakini mbona hata wengine wanalipwa vizuri lakini nao wamo wa design hiyo? Wateja wako nje yeye yuko ndani ofisini anazungumza kwenye simu mambo ya send off, kipaimara cha mtoto etc.

    Unataka mtu anaeenda maili moja zaidi, hiyo ya zaidi utailipia au akufanyie bure?

    Ukiwa kama mwajiri na wafanyakazi wako hawana ufanisi basi na wewe pia ni tatizo. Watanzania hawajaundwa wavivu, utawala mbovu pia unachangia.

    Ukilinganisha huduma kama vile za Wachina walioteka biashara za utengezaji magari mjini. Huduma zao nzuri zimeangusha biashara za wazawa. Lakini ni nani yumo ndani humo anaefanya kazi? Ni vijana wa Kibongo kwa sana, sio Wachina. Wachina ni utawala tu.

    Na huko nje ulikoona watu wanafanya kazi bila kutumwa, nadhani sio kwamba unakuwa unapenda kujifanyisha kazi. Isipokuwa ni kwamba mwajiri ameshatengeneza mazingira na utamaduni kwamba akikukuta unasoma magazeti kazini na kuongea na simu utaingia matatizoni.

    Kwa hiyo wewe mfanyakazi mwenyewe unajishtukia kabla ya kufanya uzembe, kabla hujaambiwa na utawala. Mwisho wa siku utawala ndio unawajibika. Muajiri usisingizie wafanyakazi.

    Lakini mbona watanzania haohao ni wachapa kazi wazuri sana nchi za wenzetu? au hii ni formular?. Mimi naona kuna sababu nyingi na mojawapo ni nepotism. Unamkuta mtu mtaalamu mzuri amesomea kazi yake kwa umakini leo hii anasimamiwa na mtu ambaye amepata kazi kupitia nafasi ya ndugu yake serikali ambaye hana analolijua, Hebu niambie kama wewe ni muhandisi wa umeme unaambiwa na mwanasiasa au mtu asiyekuwa na ujuzi kuwa pitisha bare electrical cable kwenye maji utakubali? japo ni bosi wako?

    Kingine ni masilahi duni, kuna wakati jamaa wa machimbo walitaka kumuua HRM wao baada ya kuwaambia wazungu wapunguze mishahara ya wabongo kwani ni mikubwa sana, watashindwa fanya kazi vizuri. Kila kitu ni motisha na uhuru wa kuifanya kazi vile ulivyofundishwa kitaalam siyo wanasiasa na wale wasiojua kitu kuingilia.

    1. Mlipe mtu vizuri
    2. Muwekee mazingira mazuri ya ofisi
    3. Muhakikishie kuwa hata akistaafu leo ataendelea kuishi maisha bora

    Uone kama mtu atafanya mchezo na kazi.

    Inawezekana kweli bongo watu hawafanyikazi, lakini inategemea unafanya kazi kwa nani! Huwezi kufanya kazi kwa mwekezaji ukawa na uvivu mnaousema hapa! Watu tunachapa kazi sana tu. Tatizo la mawasiliano ni udhaifu wa lugha ya kigeni ambayo haileweki kama ndo ya kutumia kiofisi au la! Viongozi wenyewe hawana uhakika kati ya kiswahili na Kiingereza watumie ipi!, na ndio maana we unajua vizuri kiswahili kuliko mkenya!

    Hao jamaa ni wazuri kwenye kujieleza lakini mbona wengine sisi ndo tunawasaidia baadhi ya kazi! Nasema hivi kwa sababu kuna wakenya nimewafundisha baadhi ya vitu hapa kazini na ni wazuri sana kwenye kuongea na uongo mwingi!

    Viongozi wa serikalini hawana mpango na kudhibiti wimbi la wageni ambao hawako qualified kufanya kazi kama wataalamu!

    kuna mlolongo wa mambo mengi sana hsdi kufikia hali hii, tatizo wabongo toka tunazaliwa shuleni majumbani kwetu kote hatuchukulii vitu kwa umakini wake, lakini kilakitu kinawezekana mbona kunawaajiri wanakubana hadi unanyooka, unalipwa kwa kile ulichofanya

    Tatizo ni utamaduni wa ushindani haupo. Tumezoea kukatishana tamaa, "anajipendekeza, nk.". Uhamasishwaji wa utamaduni wa ushindani unahitajika haraka. Vinginevyo kujuana kutatawala. Utendaji wa kazi utaendelea kuwa chini ya kiwanga kama motisah ya ushindani haitahamasishwa.

    Mkapa alijaribu kidogo ktk kipindi chake cha mwisho, tulishuhudia watu wanashindania hadi ukurugenzi wa wilaya! Hiyo ilinipa moyo sana. JK kaua utamaduni huo.

    Thank God nshawai fanya kazi ughaibuni ila watz tumezidi uzembe na kutokuwa makini though sio wote mfano kuna benki wamefanya makato yangu kama laki tano ivi kimakosa wamekaa kimya wiki ya tatu sasa hawajairudisha na nikimpigia mhusika ata SIMU hapokei imagine nikareport kwa wakubwa wake mona issue ikaisha.
    Kwa upande mwingine mazingira ya kazi yanachangia na ata mishahara midogo.Unakuta foreigner anapata kama 15m ivi wewe unaambulia 3m alafu mbaya zaidi kazi zenu hazitofautiani
